We needed a rear extension built with an internal courtyard. From day one when we first contacted Mert to get a quote he was professional and easy to talk to. His quote was good value for money. During the job he and his team were approachable, careful with our property and always easy to talk to and answer questions we had. After meeting Simon when he came to quote for the job we were instantly impressed with him and his capability to complete the job, he filled us with confidence. He started the job within a couple of weeks and completed it in a timely manner to a very high standard. We added a few other bits to the initial job quoted, which were all priced reasonably. We were so happy with our choice of builder and with our finished Kitchen, Bathroom, new downstairs toilet and will defiantly be using Simon for any other work we need in the house or garden. Very friendly and highly skilled, we wouldn’t hesitate recommending Bray Building.

Plastering- 5 Aug 2019
The job was more than a standard plaster job it was a complete refurbishment of the dining room with the new flooring extending into the hallway. Ionut did an amazing job his attention to detail is first rate I have used quite a few builders over the years and I can honestly say Ionut impressed me the most. He is hardworking, meticulous to detail, tidy and goes above and beyond the job that has been agreed. An example of this was him deciding to hide all loose wiring while he was doing the skirting which has made things much more tidy and also doing new flooring and skirting under the stairs without me asking. He wrapped everything in plastic during the job (radiators, doors, light sockets etc) no plasterer I have used before took that much care in protecting things during plastering which as we know is a very messy job. We will be recommending to all our friends and in the future he will be the first contact if we need any more building work. 100 percent recommend his services and thank you Ionut for the job you have done for us

Working with Petrit was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. He and his team are friendly and open for discussions. They’re quick, affordable, and help with decision making. Would hire again! Have to say as well, as a woman, Petrit and his team treated my husband and I equally, unlike my experience with other tradesmen who direct all their conversations to the men. Petrit knocked opened up our living kitchen area, laid herringbone floors, replastered the property, installed new radiators, added a built in ladder to our attic, and re did our bathroom. He also helped us match the floor boards from an existing room and helped us source front and back doors for much better price than what we were getting quoted in East London. The painting of the entire house was done in a rush as we needed to move in, so the attention to detail fell down a little here compared to everything else that was done, but I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Petrit again!! After and before pics included!

Pawel and his team modernised our two bedroom house from top to bottom. They installed central heating in every room, they removed our old warm air heating, made an open plan for the kitchen and living room area, installed new bathroom and kitchen units and did the tiling too, they updated our electrics and sockets and also plastered and painted the walls and fitted our wooden flooring for downstairs. The job was completed within 12 weeks. We were very happy with the modernisation, our home looks completely different and has a new modern fresh feel. We will definately be using Pawel and his team for future jobs. Thanks again Khalima

We had a porch built by Emil & Peter's team & lead water pipe changed, our house has gone from the tattiest on the street to the smartest now :) The guys turned up on time when they said & worked hard all day, their workmanship is excellent & my neighbour has also used them to do quite a few jobs now& are really pleased with their work. I will definitely be using them again & would highly recommend them!
