Finally a builder who is engaging, polite, respectful of your place, reliable and knowledgeable. It was a small job but done very well - although only time can tell with this sort of job. Price went up after the first visit, which was a bit unexpected but only normal because the solution originally envisaged would not have worked. I would highly recommend JD and I will definitely call on John again should we need him in the future.

Me and my wife are very satisfied with Prabbuilders work. What stands out with Prab builders is that they do every task as if they are doing it for their own house and with work they are meticulous and exceptional. What we started with and how our extension looks now is simply amazing and the way they explain about what will look good(Color/ the structure etc ) is commendable as we both were not sure what decision to make, but after completion we are overjoyed to see how excellent it turned out to be now. I would recommend them anytime based on their skill ,eye for detail, being punctual and the hard-work they invest into every task to make sure we are getting the final product the way we dreamt of.

I hired John to build a concrete base for a garden building installation and he did a great job, resulting in follow-on work for him laying a new Indian sandstone patio in front of the building, which he also did to a high standard. After receiving several quotes from different firms, I selected John because he asked the right questions, clearly thought about the solution and was interested in ensuring the result was the right one right for me. He's a lovely bloke and a pleasure to have working here. He works on his own and for the most part keeps himself to himself, wasn't fussed about tweaking the scope here or there as the plan developed and kept the place pretty tidy throughout. I will be using him again for sure, so I wholeheartedly recommend John for any work you're considering hiring him for.
