Very disappointed with the quality of the work, expecting higher standard from Connor who came across as polite and supposedly experienced. Chipped laminated pieces of flooring were fitted and of no concern to Connor. On request, he came back the next day without arguing to replace the couple of planks damaged (the surface to cover wasn't very large!). Too much gap that even skirting could not cover in some area. Skirting not neatly glued/attached to the wall. Finishing metallic cover to the stairs not fixed in place properly. VAT added to the flooring bought with already VAT added, which on request Connor removed. By that point I didn't have the heart to ask him to come back and redo a proper job. We had more job in mind but didn't pursue it with Connor.

They also fixed some significant issues that had been left behind by our screeder. Mirek also gave us some really helpful advice with other areas of our refurbishment.
