I had no idea what was required for this job. However Mike from Pestridge construction knew exactly what was required and gave me all the options. I chose and because the work was 'minor' he was able to source the material and complete the job later that day. Perfect.

Wow what can I say Ryan did an amazing job..the conservatory was taken down from our friends and re erected at our new house..the conservatory looks brand new. Also Ryan replaced all 13 of our Windows,a beautiful new front door,kitchen door and a pair of French doors.. very professional work ethos. .very honest and trustworthy and amazingly clean and tidy. . We would totally recommend Ryan.

Steve and his team were an absolute asset at the start of the project. His attention to detail and numerous suggestions were very much appreciated. All of the work carried out was exceptional. Steve is personable and it has been a difficult for me to leave negative feedback. The standard of work I received in the latter stage of the project was mediocre at best. I know Steve is passionate about wanting to rectify all issues but is incapable of delivering. Certain issues I was happy to overlook such as him deciding to change my chosen kitchen without discussion with me, ordering grey radiator instead of black, ordering victorian style taps for bathroom when I had provided details of the modern taps I wanted and being told I owed an additional 10k because my previous payments had not been accounted for. In November 2015 I was told all extensive works would be complete in April 2016. Endless failed deadlines and poor communication has meant the work has not been completed in October 2016. Faulty electrical wiring, damp, missing carpentry, spilt paint on furniture and new flooring, miss matched plug sockets (originally put in wrong position) are just a few of the outstanding issues. Approx 6 deadlines have been given to rectify but there is no attempt to complete. I have spent 55k with Steve and have been left to resolve these issues at my own expense.

I asked Andy to remove a chimney and breast spanning two rooms, dismantle a kitchen fireplace, and install a steel beam — a job many builders didn’t want to touch. From the start, Andy showed incredible professionalism. He considered insurance, council certificates, and building control without me even asking, always thinking ahead from the customer’s point of view. His approach was thoughtful and respectful, and I truly felt I could trust him. His team — Stewart, Pot, James, and Neil — were just as brilliant. Every morning and evening, they were kind, warm, and professional. I genuinely missed seeing their friendly faces after the work was done. I feel lucky to have met Andy and his team — I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
