As far as I recall he didn't do the job as he was cm specific about how deep he would dig. I was obviously unaware of the depth so needed someone to expose what was there.

Craig did an excellent job on our bathroom. The house is an old 1930s house and the old bathroom was pretty horrible. Craig (and his team), fitted the new electrics (extractor fan, towel rail), plumbed in the lot and skimmed the walls where required. The tiling is perfect. In fact, the whole finish is great. I was particularly impressed when Craig pointed out the defects in the bathroom suite we had ordered. Unfortunately the delay in getting the items replaced meant that he had to stay on the job longer than first thought, but that wasn't a problem. I will certainly use CLR Construction again if required.

Luke was lovely and friendly. When he initially came to discuss the work, we decided to add replacing some doors, opening up the space under he stairs creating a cupboard, and taking out a fitted wardrobe. I love work he did. He stayed on budget. I would highly recommend him. I would use him again if we decided to do any more improvements. Two happy customers, Rob and Jude 😁

JP came with his team at the agreed date and finish the job as we discussed. Very nice crew, careful, pontual and organised. They have demolished half of a converted garage and positioned the wall, plastered and left the place clean. To who may need his service, it is highligh recommended.

Mark and Sam removed a weight bearing wall between our kitchen and dining room and put up a new stud wall to make a separate lounge. They were professional, reliable and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and they always made a point of leaving our home as tidy as possible each day. I have already recommended them to friends and will be using them again for future projects.
