It's a great pleasure and a relief when you appoint workmen to a job and you come home to find the work they have done is superb quality. I appointed IPS to the job because I trusted them. They were pleasant and appeared professional. They listened, had an eye for details and I felt I was in good hands. Which is what you want. Their communications were very good. |They arrived in good time and reviewed all aspects of the job before commencing work. They also made some helpful suggestions, doing all that we wanted and improving some things beyond what we had considered. They sourced gate furniture for us and it was good quality and looked just right for the setting (good judgment). Most of all, the quality of the build is excellent. Solid and good-looking. Rizwan did a great job in replacing our roller garage door to double French style doors. Quality looks really good, they arrived on time and left the place tidy when they were finished. Would hire again in the future and recommend to anyone needing windows or doors fitting/replacing.

I have been in the construction industry for 28 years. From site work, commercial and domestic building. I now mostly do domestic extensions from start to finish but get the proper tradesmen in for the electrics and plumbing or anything else that I am not competent to do myself. I have never been one of those who will do a second rate job when I can get the proper tradesman in to do a first rate one. I have my son working for me now , who is learning the trade and is in his 3rd year at college.

Hired Dean for several jobs around my house and am very pleased with the outcome. He was responsible for sourcing materials such as flooring, spindles, banister and paint for; Replacing vinyl flooring upstairs and in the kitchen/dining room. Installing a new banister and handrail. Replacing downstairs internal doors. Painting woodwork and walls in the stairs and landing. Wallpapering and painting the dining area. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I have had nightmare trades people before that did a sloppy job and it’s hard to trust people. He was professional, helpful, and easy to have around the house. I would definitely use his services again.

I posted my job on my builder first thing in the morning and Rod was quick to make contact. He popped over to take a look later the same day and arranged to do the work the day after. Rod and his assistant quickly worked out how to solve the issue and a few hours later I’m sitting here with the job complete 36 hours after first posting. Rod was great at communicating, stuck to his word and did a good job, being friendly, neat and tidy along the way. Would definitely recommend you give him a try.

Recently had an extension undertaken by C&C. I put the feelers out for contractors and they were fast in quoting and managed to squeeze me. I'd had massive issues with my previous contractor so I was a bit wary at 1st but the lads were spot on. Kept in constant contact, updated me on any issues, worked with me on any changes that needed to be made and did what they said they would, at a very fair price. The lads took ownership of contacting building control, grabbing materials where required and also drafted in additional help or trades when needed. Even after completion the lads have said they will come back and do any snags required if I spot anything. Can't recommend them enough.

Paul put a 6ft gate up n fence in the back garden also put a 3ft fence and gate in the front garden. He chopped down a big tree in the front garden for me free of charge. He works fast came on the day he said on time. I have had loads of people coming to me for his number saying what a good job he has done and brilliant price.
