Unreliable company as Tom did not turn up on the day I had booked him and his team for the kitchen fitting. Everything had seemed fine but I was seriously let down by this company! And no reply, no explanation. I had to find someone else urgently.

Conversions - General- 8 May 2016
James and Daniel (JD) were one of the best tradesman I have ever used. They were really friendly and knowledgable. The whole process (from telephone conversation to finished job) was a pleasure experience. They came well prepared and left the home immaculately clean. Our job was to knock down the wall between lounge and dining. This can be a messy job but JD had done it carefully. They planned ahead with another plumber to remove the existing radiator. We had an issue with the uneven wall but James had been patiently plastering the the wall many times to make it flushed. Before they go, they brought all the ripped wall with them and vacuumed the whole place. The finished job looks really good and professional. We were really please with them and they will be invited again for the next project. Highly recommended!

Simply put, cannot praise highly enough! From initial consultation through to completion, Chris demonstrated excellent communication throughout the project. This included daily updates on progress and upcoming works/deliveries scheduled by telephone and always happy to make himself available to discuss specific issues/concerns on site as required. Chris has at his disposal a genuinely friendly, local and experienced network of tradesmen to meet all aspects of the project. In our case this included heating/plumbing, rewiring, glazing, brickwork, plastering, tiling, floor screeding, internal decoration and carpeting. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team with Chris possessing a great ability to provide solutions rather than problems. Chris is excellent at developing bespoke solutions with creativity, whether designing a new entrance hall and associated storage, kitchen lighting or bathroom functionality resulting in both a hi-spec and modern feel which exceeded our expectations but crucially, not our budget. The project lasted approximately 10 weeks, was delivered on time and budget and is further testament to Chris and his team that neighbours reported no issues. Aftercare service continues to be outstanding; unlike some tradesmen where you can feel abandoned at the critical snagging stage, Chris continues to check in and I have absolutely no hesitation moving forward in using Chris and his team for all future projects and maintenance.

Great overall service. We had our gutters cleaned by NuView and the results turned out great. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable when discussing the works. excellent job done I am so happy I had brick walls and a brick porch window and door done by this man Richard and it is top class looks so smart he worked well cleaned his mess up and was not slap happy with the brick work and turned up on time every day, I watched him a couple of times out the window and he does the work to perfection and on top of that his price was good I am having future work done by him as I have a good builder now and I intend to have the work done by him all the time I was wary after another builder recommended by a friend done a bad job and took my money and did not return but that's in the past now and RMS has put everything right . p.s people are driving past my house nearly bumping into each other looking at my garden and walls and porch as I live on a main road also everyone walking by has said it looks very nice I have even had a note put through my letter box from one of the neighbours saying it looks beautifull :-) I recommend this builder so much now I have had a job well done.

I was initially quoted £605, which included work on a neighbour’s chimney despite them specifically asking for it not to be done. This charge was only removed after I challenged it. I was advised to have the chimney swept, but was later told debris would continue no matter how many sweeps were done. When I questioned this, I was told that’s why a balloon should be installed—something never mentioned before, as I had only agreed to bird prevention. I later asked them to install a balloon I purchased, but was told they were fully booked for 3 weeks. I then requested a refund for the sweep so I could hire another company, which was ignored. Poor service, unresolved issues, and lack of accountability—would not recommend.
