Having spoken to Jetmir (boss) regarding my project I appointed JLita construction for a loft conversion. I can quite honestly say the service was excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend Giorgi and his team (Zura mostly on my job), they did a fantastic job refurbishing my entire 2 bed flat (new bathrooms, kitchen, wooden floor, paint etc). Really lovely guys, very easy to deal with, high quality work. Will use again.

I wouldn't recommend Marjan. Although he was a friendly guy there were several things I didn't like. 1) He was not punctual - I later found out that he took on another job. 2) He did not workaround my requirements e.g. he would start the self levelling when the kids would come from school. This meant one afternoon my kids had to spend 3 hours in the garden whilst the self levelling dried. 3) He was not adaptable - he seemed reluctant to do extra work I.e. doing the voltage check on the electric mat so you know it's ok before you lay it down with self levelling. It would have taken 2 minutes. 4) It felt as though he rushed the job and in places the finish is not great, simply because he did not wait for the self levelling or glue to dry. 5) The glue has dried over the LVT and he never cleaned this up. Positives: 1) He trimmed the doors and other wooden panels. 2) Initially he did come back to rectify the poor finish. But I'm noticing more areas now, which he has not fixed

Agron did a great job. He was very patient and understanding while working a complicated project involving UK Power and E.On electricity. He made extra effort to ensure the work was done quickly and properly (even when UK Power changed the plan) which meant we stayed on schedule thanks to his willingness to adapt and resolve issues. Easy 5 star review well earned.

Janos was fantastic - he did the panelling for 2 of our rooms with such precision and high level of quality. We appreciate that he showed us the outlines and ran through small details before securing the panelling to the wall to check we were happy with it first. He also did a great job of fitting the herringbone flooring and building a custom shelving unit around our fridge (matching our design exactly) with doors running smoothly. Everything kept clean, high quality work and great comms.

We decided to fit a new kitchen in our tenanted house all done remotely via Australia. We are very pleased with the final kitchen and credit to Oliver for staying committed to the job. He communicated well throughout the process and as a result there were no surprises. This was not an easy process as we were dealing with a difficult tenant that we were trying to remove at the time. As a result the new kitchen was fitted but Oliver had to come back months later to finish the job. I know this was frustrating for him but with mutual respect and trust we got the job finished and I thank him for his patience and honesty. Would recommend his services.

WOW! Even some of the builders I had working for me today complimented on the quality plastering work. When Andrea and the team showed up yesterday it was like a whirlwind, in no time the floor was covered and four of them, one on stilts to do the ceiling, went to work.They worked with a short lunch break only and finished a big job on time and to perfection. The second part of the job was completed by Tony skilfully friendly and again I ended up with a perfect job. Simply a professional! Thanks guys! I have no qualms about recommending Andrea and his team.

I hired Robert on behalf of my dad for what was a fairly big project. Both my dad and I have been incredibly happy with the experience with Robert and his worker Jimmy. The work has been done to a high standard, Robert has been very reliable and is always there for suggestions whenever we had questions. Building control were also extremely happy with the way the job progressed and with the standard of work so I could not be more pleased. I would highly reccomend Robert for any project you need help with.

The quality of the work executed by Unlimited construction at my house is very, very high and commendable. The work, which included interior finishing and decoration of an extension (new en-suite master bedroom with changing room) and the existing building (detached 4 bedroom house), was professionally done with some suggestions to enhance the work. The company also built a brick shed for me in the back garden. I will definitely recommend Florin and his company to anyone looking to execute an extension and/or interior finishing and decoration.
