COWBOYS! Absolute Nightmare! Marius left the job incomplete, after repeatedly demanding more money before completion! Not to be trusted! Workmanship wasn't as good as he would lead you to believe, I have pics & videos of: Cigarette butts in mortar. Bricklaying in the rain, not water-tight roof/felt work, drainage, unsafe electrical work which needs to be redone. Left my neighbour side of roof damaged + with a hole now for a month. Damaged door/table/gate. Of course, he denies any wrongdoing Please be very careful if you have to use this fraud. Get a FULLY detailed itemised quote! Draw up your own contract - do not use his. Do NOT ever pay CASH. Produce a schedule of works - pay him ONLY when the specific task is 100% complete - leaves lots of work unfinished but then lies claiming its complete at interim payments. Get a FIXED price for every aspect of work - do not have "TBC" or ambiguous costs - if he can charge more - he will. Do NOT use his electrician, cringeworthy attempt to "price up" a simple job and damaged roof. Buy ALL Materials yourself OR require receipts for anything he buys. Request ALL Invoices. Ensure he follows specs - offered me £250 off total job cost, if I used a inferior type of rooflight to the one required in spec. Ensure he doesn't keep rubbish on site, Hire a skip. Keep all communication on record, email, text, even voice record him as he is a pathological liar. Very dishonest, delusional and frankly embarrassing.

Completed Side extension and 6m rear extension last Oct. Overall happy with the work. Digging, foundation, Bricks, structure, insulation, Roofing, Tiles, plumbing, flooring, painting, etc were done to good standard. Some of the minor corrections, changes or fixes needed near completion were done accordingly. Quote was in midrange and reasonable compared to compared to some others I received. Raman is very easy to work with and clear in his communication. Never had any issues all through construction through to finalising stages. Would recommend Raman to others.

Super happy with the job that Jignesh has done for us at home. I needed a wall to be insulated and the outer materials to be replaced as well as the decking to be readjusted, cleaned and painted once the job on the outer wall was finished. The job was extremely professionally and swiftly done. Jignesh provided a clear quote at a reasonable price and he did everything as per the discussed plan. As the job would take a few days to complete (as some materials needed to dry before continuing), Jignesh was calling and checking on this, so he could come back and complete the job. I loved the fact that I didn't have to be chasing him to get it finished as he was super proactive. The end product looks amazing by the way. I would and will hire him again without question for further jobs. I highly recommend him.

Gurpreet and his team done my whole house renovation. Including the kitchen roof, new ceilings, skim/plaster all rooms, new tiles and flooring, all new wiring for the house, change the boiler location and fitted a new boiler .. have absolutely loved this team, especially Gurpreet. . The guy is always there to answer and follow up on any work . The work has been completed to the highest quality and really a trusted and a professional team !!... Even after the work is done, there will be few things but you can contact Gurpreet and he will sort it out for you... Overall a great experience working with this team !! ..I will be looking to get this team for all my future works !!!

I had the pleasure of having them carry out a single story extension and fibreglass new roof of my property. I found they always turned up when specified and carried out fantastic quality work for a competitive price. Not being a builder you have to place trust in a person / company. They always made sure that we were happy keeping us updated with the project every step of the way. They were kind and considerate to our neighbours making sure they were not loud early in the morning or late in the evenings making the whole process run smoothly. Hi, Dan recently completed a loft conversion and ground floor extension for our house in Ealing. It is the second time I've used him for a loft conversion. We are delighted with the work, team, price and timing and I highly recommend him. Dan is entirely trustworthy, and the team are a mixture of his family, friends and choir group. Like all projects there were a few snags and without fail Dan was pragmatic, helpful and keen to make sure we were happy with the quality at the end. I've recommended him to neighbours on both sides who are both pleased and happy to recommend him.
