AVOID. What was quoted as a simple 12-day project turned into a multi-month ordeal requiring constant chasing, while he pressured me to pay 80% upfront for barely 20% of the work completed. Unreliable: - Never stuck to agreed schedules; showed up at random times for a few hours or not at all. - Left materials dumped on the public pavement and communal garden, causing a nuisance. - Required me to personally manage and receive material deliveries. - Left pile-ups of rubbish in communal areas, which he only cleaned up after I refused to release final payment until it was cleared. Substandard work: - fence slats were noticeably warped from Day 1. - tiles thinner than specified in the original quote. - agreed raised flower bed never built. - custom built-in storage unit leaks, interior completely rotten and covered in mold just weeks after completion. - he made false promises that he would come back to inspect and fix his defective work to completely disappear
