I recently had a conservatory built, and Wayne was my main point of contact throughout. He was very responsive and helpful, and the whole process went smoothly and as planned. The result is good, and I appreciate the effort that went into the build. That said, there were a few issues. The plaster work wasn’t the best. The surface is uneven and wavy in some places. After the job was finished, a small issue came up but wasn’t followed up after I reported that. Also, the door doesn’t close properly and sticks, I have to push it quite hard to shut. One of the window fittings also came off, and I had to fix it myself.
