Dave originally came to give me a price on a loft conversion, I had just moved into the house and needed a lot of renovation done. I asked Dave to quote for knocking out a utility room and converting it in to a small room with patio doors, what I like to call my 'little conservatory.' area now. I then decided that I wanted to open up the kitchen area into the living room and move my kitchen into the large living room space, this meant knocking down walls and moving existing utilities. This was on going at the same time, I had asked Dave if he could lay a new patio for me and build a pergola. Dave and the team were really helpful in making my vision possible for my new home, nothing is to much trouble. On the big jobs, Dave and the team, worked consistently same time everyday, Monday to Friday. Dave really does have a good eye for creating spaces that I needed and creating solutions. My neighbours liked Dave's work so much they had him for their kitchen renovation too! when the work was complete, I had an off the street offer to by my house, which I declined. Dave came back to complete my bathroom, Dave and the team are hardworking, reliable and reasonably priced, given that so many people are charging a fortune just to knock a wall down these days, his quotes are all laid out in advance with detail of plans and he stays on site until the job was completed. I would happily recommend BGL. Thanks Guys fantastic job.

Andrew provided me with a quote, which was reasonable. I'd explained that I didn't want anything fancy, but good quality workmanship. He did not try to push me to spend more than necessary. I wasn't home when he came to view the job. He was prepared to do the work promptly, but the weather hampered this. He agreed to do it on the next dry day. I arrived home one day and the job was complete. Unfortunately, rain had set in later that day. The work looks neat and completely in line with what I had requested. Based on this job, I would be happy to recommend Andrew. He did what was asked at a fair price.

I've had a bad experience on here before but it was completely different with Steve! We had a very competitive quote, the work was completed just as we wanted and I even kept adding more jobs on which was Steve was more than willing to pick up. Very polite, always kept us up to date and will definitely be using again for future work. highly highly recommended! :)

Chris has just completed a great job for us, knocking out a load baring wall to combine two rooms and installing an RSJ, with a complete replaster of walls and ceiling to a high standard. Despite coming across a few problems Chris still worked hard to get the job done in record time and to a high standard. I would absolutely recommend him and will be using him in the future!

Priory Building & Construction have recently completed our kitchen extension which was by no means straightforward as it involved complex structural issues necessitated by the existing building. They started promptly on the agreed date and worked steadily and consistently until completion despite unforeseeable problems arising. Particularly impressive were the way in which the project was actively managed and P&BC's willingness to make themselves available for discussion, on or off site, making positive proposals often involving cheaper means of achieving what we wanted. Their tradesmen were considerate and helpful and all contributed to a greatly enlarged and improved kitchen area with which we are delighted and we are pleased to recommend them. We look forward to seeing them again if our future projects come to fruition.
