Simon carried out an excellent job on the repairs. The work turned out to be more complicated than a simple dormer patch repair as the render had deteriorated in several places so Simon had to replace the rendering on both dormers. Throughout the process he was professional, transparent and extremely honest. His attention to detail was second to none and the finished job is of the highest standard. He even uncovered another problem with missing insulation around the windows which he rectified within the original quote. Such is the quality of his workmanship that we’ve already booked him back in to re-plaster an internal wall!
