I employed Evans Contracts to build a pair of semi detached 3 bed 2 bath houses. Although a tight build they coped well and produced two very high quality finished houses. Bad weather slowed the project a little. Budget a little over but there was additional work done ie landscaping and tiling that was not in the original price. Alan is a good communicator that knows his trade inside and out. Highly recommended.

Dave and his team completed the work on our extension on time and within budget and have done a fantastic job. They are highly skilled, reliable and very organised workmen and easy to get along with. Through out the project they were very punctual, always arriving on site and ready to start work at 8:00am from the very start until the completion handover. They were very tidy through out the project and always put their tools away at the end of the day. They also ensured that the site and road of the front of the house where kept clean and tidy. Our neighbours mentioned that they where always polite and how clean they were. All work completed was to a high standard and anything that we highlighted that we were not happy with was rectified quickly. The team where constantly asking questions on different aspects of the build to ensure that the end product met our expectations. I would highly recommended Dave and his team to anyone looking for a competent builder.

Rob and Richard were fabulous! Always punctual, always kept me informed as to what was happening, gave me great advice when decisions needed to be made, were really organised and brought in very good sub-contractors where needed and dealt with all people involved in the build, kept the site tidy and safe at the end of each day, the work was completed to very high standards and well within the time frame agreed. I would highly recommend RSJ Builders and really love my new kitchen extension.

Alastair was fantastic. He converted our derelict garage into an awesome studio with a storage room. His attention to detail, skill and enthusiasm made this an extremely good experience for us. He is very skilled and has a lot of experience… he is also a lovely guy who is easy to have around. He gave us a fixed quote which was very competitive and this didn’t change throughout the job which was very reassuring. Highly recommend him!
