We had a burst pipe in the loft mohammed came assessed the damage to the bedroom ceiling and dealt with the insurance people mohammed and his work crew repaired the burst pipe ,got rid of the soaking loft insulation put new plasterboard ceiling in the bedroom and plastered and painted it they were on time efficient and did an excellent job they actually went above and beyond as my step daughter is autistic very very pleased with they work done and the people who did the work

Came to the location and did the job there and then. He said all it needs is a seal between the tiles and the lead coming down the valley. He cemented the lead valley and painted it with bitumen. Didn't seal either side of the lead where it meets the tiles. I asked for the flash band to be removed which they didn't do and painted over it. Took three people, a ladder and about 30 mins and charged quite a lot for the job and already had the stuff in the truck which I assume was paid for by another customer, but that's not an issue, wherever profit could be made I guess. It doesn't mean the job should be done carelessly. "Trust me, I know what I'm doing". He guaranteed the job and said he'll come back if it didn't stop the leak and if it didn't work the second time, then he will give a full refund. I did call him as the leak continued but after several messages of excuses started ignoring my request. Very keen for a review. So thanks very much for your help and honouring your guarantee.

We recommend Paul highly and will definitely employ him again. Paul is highly skilled at what he does and he is very committed to the quality of his work. He ensures everything is done to a very high standard. He quotes accurately and his costs are reasonable. The breaking down and finishing of the wall between our kitchen and dining room makes our home looks great! He has good suggestions which we did not think about and which enhances the effect.
