I'm very happy with John's work. He did an excellent job of repointing multiple areas of the external walls of my house, he was tidy and conscientious, and gave me an accurate quote in advance based on an on-site visit. Also priced fairly, and was efficient too. Highly recommended.

Based on my experience I have no hesitation recommending BCB Building Services who came recommended to me prior to this work by word of mouth. I needed to carry out modest renovation and remediation works on a newly purchased period property requiring many trades; general builder, scaffolder, plumber, plasterer, roofer, landscaper and damp specialist, etc. Brad and BCB team promptly provided a quote and, essential for me, agreed to source and project manage the diverse trades required to complete the work. They are busy but worth the patience and short wait necessary to get the work done by them. The workforce were professional, tidy, courteous and organised minimising disruption during the works and leaving the house clean and undamaged in their wake. The works were delivered per schedule and to a high standard and whilst not the cheapest, the pricing is fair and I believe the outcome represents tremendous value. Brad and the team remained pro-active beyond works completion and engaged actively in addressing the small amount of trivial snagging. They are now my go to for building works.

Savage Bros built me a single storey extension on the back of house with pitched roof, four velux windows in a vaulted ceiling, they fitted a new cream gloss kitchen with black granite worktops and turned my old kitchen into a new dining room. Richard also installed a new bathroom suite and downstairs toilet and finished by tiling and painting the rooms. Richard takes great pride in his work and he has great attention to detail, I cannot fault anything. He comes in early and works solidly all day, cleaning up at the end of each day. A true professional in all aspects of the job. We would recommend him, he is a lovely genuine man.

Nick & his team were really friendly, bubbly and experienced people. They typical arrived between 8-8.30 & usually finished between 3-4, although on a few occasions they stayed late to finish something specific or to take in a large delivery of work goods. We had a garage conversion, downstairs toilet installed, complete refit for bathroom, two built in cupboards removed, an internal wall moved over about a foot & lots of plastering! They did all the work within 3 weeks, including working one bank holiday & two Saturdays to get the job complete. It came in at a reasonable price & similar to others I had quotes from. There were a couple of delays with building control & deliveries which delayed them by a day or two but the work was done really well & were really pleased. If your ordering some of the goods yourself just make sure you know when they need it by & that it arrives ahead of time, one of my deliveries were delayed which had a knock on effect for the team. We had two small leaks since the work was completed & on both occasions Nick sent his plumber over to check things out fairly quickly. It turned out to be a faulty washer in the newly fitted toilet. They took care not to dirty my carpets & placed covers over them, just make sure any units/items you don’t want getting dirty are covered before they start work. I missed one & it got a little messy. I would recommend Nick to others & will likely have him back to redo our driveway when we’re ready.

I wanted larger kitchen by removing a stud wall and fitting a Wren kitchen. Ryan has a wealth of kitchen fitting and kitchen make-over experience. He is a perfectionist with an attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for Ryan as During the fitting of my kitchen I asked Ryan to replace the outside cladding, install outside water taps and electrical sockets, also Install spot and under cupboard lighting which he happily done for me. Ryan also organised tradesmen to carry out the other jobs which wasn't in his field such as fitting a new boiler, flooring and plastering. All work was carried out to a high standard. He has great connections with other tradesmen should you require. Many thanks to, Tom the boiler guy, Nick the floor guy, and Kevin the plasterer guy who are very skilled at what they do. its rare to see a tradesman that always has a smile even when you add to their work load. Many thanks Ryan, and expect more work from me in the future. 10/10

Had wood delivered. Did not turn up to start the job. I tried calling and it sounded like he was asleep. Would not take any further calls. I asked for wood to be collected as he is unreliable but it is still here.

Prem came a couple of hours after posting my request for help. He very quickly identified the problem. He came the next day as promised and replaced several gully tiles and a part of the lead flashing round the chimney.
