Tiling- 1 Sep 2020
**HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED** I have not seen such an unprofessional service provider in my entire life. His guys lack the basic skills of tiling and created a mess of my new home. Issues: 1. They spill water in my bedroom with carpet and in lobby with wooden flooring which got damage 2. Whole house was filled with tile dust, 3. the tiles were not cleaned 4. tiles waste a separate issue 5. my balcony looked like a garbage room 6. cement marks on walls, ceiling and walls needs a paint work 7. to my utter disgust they left tiles pieces in my toilet. 8. Also the tiles are so poorly installed that I think I was better off without them. I wish there was an option to upload the pictures so people could understand my pain. Upon giving him calls to see the mess created by his guys he was reluctant at 1st to come and said he is tired & cant come. On sharing pics, he decided to show up & promised to clean the mess & complete the task. But after 2 weeks of struggle his guys shows up 3 times for 2-3 hour each. But today he finally decided to quit without doing his job. Now I need to find a new Contractor to complete the work. Also, He promised that he does quality work, to start when he visited and quoted me a price and said that he would send the quotation on mybuilder and thats how it works. He sent quotation 3 days later with 65% increase in price and later negotiated to 30% higher than original

Restoration & Refurbishment- 29 Apr 2018
We hired Florin and his team to completely renovate our downstairs which included changing the flooring, tiling the hallway, painting, adding under-stairs storage units, blocking the fireplace and various other bits. The team did a superb job and we are delighted with the work. They were very sincere, hard working and pleasant to deal with throughout. The project finished on time and within budget. There were no surprises and Florin's communication was excellent throughout. Everything was checked, discussed and confirmed before finalizing. Florin also advised us where needed and really tried to understand what we wanted. We cannot recommend Florin and his team highly enough and will not be going anywhere else in future. Thank you once again!

Restoration & Refurbishment- 26 Jul 2016
Justin was prompt, polite and friendly. I had asked him to quote to repair two first floor window cills, and he was able to accommodate a couple of date changes to fit around others working on the windows. Access was difficult due to the positioning of the scaffolding, and the repair turned out to be more difficult than Justin had anticipated. Initially the result wasn't as good as either of us had hoped, but he was happy to return once the scaffold had been removed, and was able to improve the finish. The unexpected difficulty didn't result in a higher charge.

Tiling- 6 Oct 2022
We are beyond shocked and disgusted by his awful behaviour. Initially, he acted professional and trustworthy, but he turned out to be exactly the opposite. On the 8th of July, he promised "3-5 working days" instead he pulled us along for two months of unbearable stress and waste of time because he kept on taking other jobs instead of doing ours. He wasted all of July as we had to meet him four times to finalize the design that he kept on rejecting until we agreed on the easiest option for him. He dragged out removing tiles and levelling 10 steps all of August, working 6 hours in total and leaving a job that is so appalling that it needs to be completely redone. He postponed the tiles' order for a month despite assuring us all August that he had done it in July; after numerous complaints, he sent the tiles' invoice, dated 31st of August. He gave us dozens of appointments but never came nor had the decency to cancel, despite dozens of calls, emails and texts, causing significant disruptions and loss to our life and work commitments. We asked him to reimburse the cost of the tiles and materials he didn't provide and for the work he didn't do, but he ignored our emails. We have removed him from the job and are reporting him to the relevant authorities.
