Luke and Diti are both amazing guys for this project. Honestly speaking they aren't the cheapest quote, but they are definitely beyond expectations. Luke was the only builder who gave a full transparent quote on each item and what was needed for the conversion. Really quick work and good planning because I have 2 cats and they did everything with enough people onsite to minimise the time. Speaking of work, it is good, we kept in communication and they were always happy to explain and adjust slightly according to my concern/question. Leave this comment after the work has been done for few months and everything is solid.

Not only was Ian's quote to do the loft conversion very reasonable, he was very reliable, tidy & very helpful when we had a difficult situation. The work was done in a quick time, when he said he was going to be on site he was, at no time did he let me down. The standard of work was excellent, I would recommend Ian & wouldn't hesitate to use him in the future.

Very polite contractor. He helped me value engineer the works to meet my budget. Very impressed with his finishing. One of the mdf shaker doors bowed due the hot weather, no fault on the workmanship. As soon I brought this to his attention, he replaced the door. He also did my staircase wall paneling works which has come out really nice. I would highly recommend this contractor.

Four years down the line I discover so many faults with the job: pvc window fitted very unprofessionally-had to call another window fitter to fix it. Electric wires haven’t been installed safely as another electrician told me later and this week I found out I can’t get access to the water mains behind my bathroom and toilet. AVOID at any cost

Luis did an excellent job on my bathroom. He had to do a lot of prep work before starting the tiling, including rebuilding the floor and repairing the walls. At every stage he explained what needed to be done, ensured that I wanted to go ahead, listed the materials that would be needed, and the cost. It made a huge different to me that Luis was willing to source and purchase all materials; he checked in with me from the suppliers as to choice and cost, and sent receipts for every penny. I cannot recommend him highly enough, for his knowledge and expertise, his honesty and hard work, and also for being such a lovely person, nothing is too much trouble. I am delighted with my new bathroom, and am planning more home improvements with Luis, when he is free again!

We bought a two bedroom flat & completed just before Xmas 2025. I met with 5 builders for quotes all from this website.The flat needed complete new rewiring and new plumbing, a new kitchen and bathroom. Ceilings needed to come down and be sound proofed, insulated, re- boarded & reskimmed.I liked Anton as soon as I met him. I knew I could trust him.I wasn't disappointed. His quote was competitive, realistic and open to adjustments. We agreed to a contract. Anton started on Jan 5th and plowed straight in. After the bear bones were revealed they replaced a few lintels.The bathroom window was adjusted and shortened.Crucially a long term leak from the flat upstairs was located and addressed.This involved the neighbours having to unfortunately acknowledge previous shoddy building work and replacing their bathroom entirely. Anton took this on and solved this issue. Anton did what we agreed to in 6 weeks some builders had said 3 months? easy to talk with/always responded. Highly recommended.

On a cold November evening, Tony and his team turned up to provide a quote and within a week this was received. The quoted price came in the middle of the pile, which was a good start and aligned closely to the ballpark figure I'd received from a friend who was also in the trade. We then visited a site they were finishing off, and Tony had the confidence to ask us to speak to the client without him there and they gave us the confidence to proceed. They started in January 2020 and rapidly moved through the works and engaged closely with my architect, Structural engineer and building control and proceeded based on their recommendations strictly. We lived in the property as build progressed and the team ensured that the site was secure every evening and we were safe. As COVID-19 hit and we went into Lockdown, the team continued to come and work (we were separated from them as the house was boarded up) and the only challenge was getting supplies. Tony scoured all over London, picking up items as best as he could and work continued. Once they'd broken through into the old part of the house they continued to progress rapidly and showed utter professionalism. The team lead's attention to detail is impressive, and he gave great recommendations on what would be the right approach when we were laying out features such as window sizing and lighting. The standard of work is excellent and I would highly recommend them.

Great job by Rruzhdi and team. They removed the existing floors and fitted my ground floor flat with new flooring in 2 days. He was conscientious and proactive to fix any damage he came across. He was flexible to work around the existing furniture and household items. We will definitely reach out to him again if we need any further works done.
