Building applications, structural reports and Part L calculations are all carried out in house to help keep your cost down. We offer a full 10 year warranty for all building works and 5 years warranty for bathrooms, along with a 5 million pound public liability insurance. As members of the BHTA we could offer zero rated VAT if any work is carried out for mobility, easy access or ground floor living.
