As per the previous reviewer I don't usually hire tradesmen when there is only limited feedback, but given the glowing report I took the risk. And it proved to be a great decision. Astrit was great - clear communication, arrived when he said he would, sought our opinions on the key decisions and gave some great advice, before ultimately doing a great job for a reasonable price. A pleasure to deal with and will hire again for any future tiling work. Thanks Astrit.

Extremely patient and flexible, happy to help with extra jobs and charged fair price. Good communication and worked on weekends where necessary to get the job done. We have been working with Derek Borkiewicz (Sebek Construction) on a renovation of a garden flat in Little Venice since last autumn. We needed to completely restore the whole flat, including the garden. This was our second renovation project and by this time we knew what we wanted to do, which mistakes to avoid and what to pretend from a qualified builder. We will never stop saying how lucky we have been to find Derek and his team! Derek is not only a professional builder who is very careful to the smallest of the details. He is not only a very good project manager who is constantly checking the work of his men. Derek is a friend who takes on board a project like it is his own project. He suggested the most convenient and best solutions for any problem we came across during the works. There wasn’t a time when he didn’t know what to do to solve a difficult situation (and there are lots of small and big issues coming up in a renovation work) no matter how complicate they were and how long it took to solve them. His availability and his courtesy are incredible above all in a fast running city like London. This is priceless to us. His hard work can be seen in the wonderful result we reached with this garden flat. If we ever decide to work on another project we won’t think twice about working with Derek once again. In fact, now that we found the perfect man to work with, we are looking forward to finding another renovation project to work on! Monica

Firstly, I havent used mybuilder in years, and I hired Zaim hoping for a good job on our dining chairs. I can safely say I was very suprised. He did an excellent job. From the moment we talked he had great communication, he was timely and said he would call 30 mins before arrival which he did, he spent time fixing the legs of the chairs as if he were doing the work in his own home. He is also not afraid of letting you watch him work, he has nothing to hide and is genuinely a nice person. He wants to do a good job and doesn't leave until the room is in the condition it was in before he came, he even hoovered up afterwards. Zaim was professional, calm and knowledgeable. Some people do a rush job, but you could see he wanted to do a job that was good, even redoing work because he wasn't happy with it. A solid job. Would certainly recommend.

Kel and his team did a very good job in refurbishing a small studio flat. They stripped back the whole flat and installed new bathroom, kitchen, ceiling, lighting, flooring and a pull down bed. We were very pleased with the finished result which was clean and modern and recommended him to our friends. Kel has an eye for design and is always available to discuss a problem.

I am extremely happy with the job Isac has done. We are so very lucky to have found Isac to do our home. At the time of the works we were expecting a baby and Isac worked night and day to make sure our home was ready in time for our sons arrival. Without him we would have been screwed. Isac’s work is extremely professional. He has high standards and is very skilled. He’s honest, direct and respectful. I now consider Isac as a friend.
