Simon was initially polite and communicative, and his team worked hard. However, the final quality was unacceptable. Multiple slabs were wobbling, several were poorly cut (one even had a visible cut line), and many sections were not level. Most shockingly, the grouting was missing across sections of patio. When I refused final payment until these issues were fixed, Simon’s tone changed completely. He returned to address the snags but offered mostly excuses; only two minor issues were resolved before he left. Ultimately, I had to deduct the cost of repairs from the final bill to fix the work myself. I have the necessary equipment, but I shouldn't have had to use it. I see many positive reviews here, so perhaps I was sent the "B-team," but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them. Check your slabs and levels carefully if you hire this firm.

Olly and Kenan were quick to respond to my job and when Olly visited it felt he fully understood our ideas and vision. As the project progressed Olly worked hard to come up with ideas to help us realise the exact look we were going for including sourcing and prepping a bit of recycled wood for our TV stand. We are thrilled with our end result, a few snagging items which I’m confident Olly will return to rectify at our convenience. Will for sure hire these guys to do some more work for us.

Lee worked closely with us, to help us stay within our budget. He helped us design and plan our new kitchen. The internal wall of our kitchen was removed giving us a more open plan kitchen diner. The tiling, plumbing, plastering and electric were carried out to a high standard and when the windows and doors were late, Lee and the team worked around this to deliver us a perfect kitchen. We are very pleased with the result and will definitely use Lee and the team when planning any future projects.

Aran was accommodating and fitted in to our arrangements in terms of dates and this worked well. He is enthusiastic and very personable as is his father, who assisted on the job. The loft was boarded and a new loft hatch and ladder installed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Aran, nor in employing him again.

A 'positive' review really does not go anywhere near the superb experience we had from Matthew, Harry, and Declan......They went out of there way to give us everything and more than we expected and hoped for. Professional, polite, respectful and their workmanship has been absolutely brilliant. I highly recommend Alex and his company for their outstanding service following storm damage to our and neighbor fences. Alex arrived as scheduled and immediately got to work. His service was excellent throughout the process - he clearly explained what need to be done and kept us informed at every stage of the repair. What stood out most was his ability to complete all repairs within just one day. Despite the extensive wind damage, he worked efficiently without compromising on quality. The repaired sections of fence are sturdy and seamlessly match the existing structure. The pricing was reasonable and transparent, with no hidden cost or surprises on the final bill. He also thoroughly cleaned up the work area after completing the job. If you’re looking for reliable fencing specialist, I can confidently recommend Alex and his company.

Steve came in with a very competitive quote. His work was to rip out 2 walk-in wardrobes, tidy up and make good, so we are just left with 2 empty spaces for new wardrobes to go in to. I needed hanging four doors at the short notice. Spence responded almost immediately and offered to visit and quote following morning. Quote was very competitive and Spence was able to do job in the next day or two. Spence have done brilliant job, very professional and tidy. I would hire Spence for all my future carpentry jobs without hesitation.
