I have been in the building trade since leaving school at 16 and being part way through learning vehicle mechanics to gaining my NVQ's in painting and decorating. I then was fully involved in property renovations and went into plumbing, which is my main trade, time served. I also have extensive joinery, tiling, roofing, electrical, ground works and general property maintenance knowledge and experience, also 5 years listed building maintenance. I recently gained City and guilds diploma in bricklaying (distinction).

I have been in building trade , With my dad from the age of 16 years old ,trained as roofer that was my dads trade, from there trained as as bench joiner, followed as site carpenter , this as give me a good understanding what was need to set up my building company and the running of jobs I have all way want to get in to new build and coming to plymouth about 7 years ago I was able to get my fist site in eggbuckland wich I built 2 maisonette, the 2 land we got built 3 house. I am now on track to build detached houes on land we own in penny cross plus we have some land in Callington that's in the process of getting planing .this brings me to why I am going on mybuilder.com I just can't sit around waiting other people that not in my control, so I am looking for any type of building work to fill in this time cheers Paul Thompson
