Flamur did a great job on repairing, plastering and painting our damaged walls and ceilings. He also matched and replaced a wooden ledge which was damaged. He was very responsive, knew exactly what was needed to make a perfect finish and completed the works in a timely manner to a very high professional standard. He also helped source materials that we needed. We were very pleased with the outcome and would use him again. We couldn't recommend him highly enough.

Prices not the most accountable or transparent. 1 hours work £723.60 to clear simple drain. It was done well, but I was expecting around £250-400 tops for this so was a bit shocked with the final cost. When I questioned the cost resultant conversation became loud and affected running of my business to the point we had to give discounts in apology to current customers. Note; prices quoted are by half hour, include VAT and do not include additional including waste removal or surveys. 2 people arrive so double any quote given from the outset. Easy to feel overcharged, especially when surveys come back negative, cost £00s and are done in minutes- or quoted cost "includes all manual means of clearance" but then have to pay extra for clearance of waste.

The job went extremely well. The new water pipe was installed by a well organised team who knew their jobs. All required holes dug out were filled in properly afterwards and the block paving areas reset as new. The complete area was left clean and tidy. A great job well done. Thanks KCS.

Luis did an excellent job on my bathroom. He had to do a lot of prep work before starting the tiling, including rebuilding the floor and repairing the walls. At every stage he explained what needed to be done, ensured that I wanted to go ahead, listed the materials that would be needed, and the cost. It made a huge different to me that Luis was willing to source and purchase all materials; he checked in with me from the suppliers as to choice and cost, and sent receipts for every penny. I cannot recommend him highly enough, for his knowledge and expertise, his honesty and hard work, and also for being such a lovely person, nothing is too much trouble. I am delighted with my new bathroom, and am planning more home improvements with Luis, when he is free again!

I obtained a few builder quotes for a garage conversion/house renovation and all the quotes were about the same. I decided to give the work to Paul as he came across as someone with genuine experience. His quote was very detailed and offered additional services which the other builders had not included on their quotes such as tiling, bathroom fitting, hanging doors etc. You should probably check everything that has been included item by item so that you don't make any assumptions as this was something I did. I found the team to be very efficient and turned up every morning without out fail. I was able to keep in good communication with the team either face to face, email or on the mobile. Materials were included in the quote and each day Paul would have organised their delivery in advance so lorries would turn up with pallets of bricks, cement, timber etc. I recommended them to a neighbour and she was satisfied too. I definitely would recommend Paul and the team!

Nico did an amazing job on emptying, demolishing and clearing the shed. It was much harder than anticipated but Nico and his team went above and beyond to do the job, leaving everything clean and tidy. Thank you for your hard work. Had work carried out by RS construction recently, was an overall pleasant and stress-free experience, had a dormant chimney breast removed all the way through my property. Which had to be removed due to constant leaks and repairs by previous roofers. Ross was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the project and his team kept my house and garden very clean considering the work that was undertaken, it has not only freed space within my property but given me peace of mind concerning continuous leaks, which have caused numerous issues over the years. Can't recommend this company anymore , from sale to completion a very professional and helpful service

Patrick and his gang have a competitive quote for the work described and we hired him on that basis. As soon as we hired him he stated he had underquoted and asked if we could possibly pay a bit more. We were a bit surprised but we agreed provided we would get a good job. The job went ahead and it was completed to nothing more than a reasonable standard. The fencing was excellent but the flagging left a lot to be desired for supposed groundworkers. We did pay Patrick in full but it was only when it rained we realised our mistake. Water gathered all down the side return of the property in a large pool. We contacted Patrick and he came back to look. He then agreed to fix the area he felt responsible for but not what he was actually responsible for. Again we accepted and he promised he would be in touch. Of course we never heard from him for some time until he finally contacted us to say it would be better if we found someone & he would give us £100 towards the materials. We had no choice. We have now finally had it fixed and Patrick has gone missing. No contact, no £100 and no repair. I wouldn't recommend these groundworkers.
