John has been an amazing builder to work with! My wife and I felt blessed to have him work in our place especially when we have just moved in and had loads of refurbishment work needed doing. He is true to his word and reliable, sends out quotes when he says he will and turns up when he says he will. He has also done additional stuff for us (e.g. adding more cupboard space, installing curtains) out of his own initiative to help make our house even better and most of them were free of charge as he just genuinely wants to make your house function in the best way possible. Enjoyed working with John so would highly recommend him and would definitely keep in touch for other work I'd need.

Ivan and his team completed a full loft conversion at our terraced house, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly. They did a fantastic job from start to finish and were a pleasure to work with. Communication and project management throughout the project was excellent, and their commitment really showed. Nothing was ever too much trouble to ask. The project was completed within the estimated timeframe, which was especially appreciated as it finished just before Christmas. The team was very considerate while working in our home, and we stayed in the house for the entire duration of the project with minimal disruption. In addition to the loft conversion, they also replaced all our doors with fire doors and installed new flooring throughout the house, all to a very high standard. We’re absolutely delighted with the results and would highly recommend Ivan and his team to anyone considering similar work.

Mark F arrived promptly and with all the necessary equipment to complete the job. He took the relevant measurements and checked with me that those were fine, and carried on meticulously, ensuring that the dimensions and cuts were all accurate, he then fitted back the cabinet door with minimal fuss (also hauling it through my narrow staircase without damaging any of the walls). All in all a great job, a reasonable quote, and a brilliant result.

Ground floor back extension, reconfiguration and full redecoration. We chose Dali, firstly through recommendations by neighbours, seeing his work first hand and feeling confident during the consultation phases of his ability to deliver. Prior to the job commencing a schedule of works and costing were clearly agreed. We were impressed with Dali's level of communication and his availability to meet with us personally. He would always return a message promptly and that continued throughout the job. Dali expertly guided us through the project and also arranged architect and structural drawings, site surveys, council applications and 3rd party wall advice. We decided to live-in during the build which is never ideal but Dali cordoned off spaces for us to live whilst allowing him to get on with the job. He set up temporary kitchen and laundry facility some 3 or 4 times for us! Now for the business end. Dali supervised the project but also allocated a Manager, Michal to be our point person and he was on site every day without fail. Both would respond to any question promptly and courteously. I learnt to keep the questions short and be more patient as the job progressed as everything was always on their agenda to be done. Teams of builders would arrive punctually by 8am and work would always start promptly. Everyone on the team had clear instructions and their industry was on show from start to finish. I could not fault them at all for their reliability and professionalism. They were all courteous, polite and respectful and would also make a point to clear up after themselves at the end of each day. On occasions I did request a deviation it was fully discussed so we could make informed decisions but nothing, no matter how small, was made to seem trivial as they were intent on delivering an unquestionable product. The job progressed sometimes at lightning pace with crews of builders coordinated daily and we hardly had a single day where someone was not in attendance. Dali would continue with a regular update by email or phone so we were always aware of progress. When problems did occur, Dali and Michal would distress those situations, find solutions quickly and sometimes you are oblivious to there even being a problem. On the few occasions they made mistakes they were not argued about but swiftly rectified ... finding someone who was honest and proud of their workmanship has been a true find. The work progressed to schedule and the end result is something we are not only thrilled about but cannot fault at all. It is a level of workmanship we have been truly delighted with. Another thing I am confident of is that if something does happen in the future Dali will respond to my call whether it be now or in a year's time. There is so much positive to be said and I would highly recommend DPS Ltd for their professionalism, reliability and workmanship so much so I have already asked them to continue on the 1st floor.

Lukasz and his team built a lower floor kitchen extension and downstairs WC for my wife and I. From start to finish, they were extremely professional and helpful. They were the perfect builders for first time renovators such as ourselves, guiding us through difficult decisions, while sticking religiously to their timescales. They began with helping us scope out the design, adding useful insight and advice. They then set to work, making our vision a reality. Their work ethic was superb, and we were ecstatic with the level of craftmanship exhibited. Like any building project, there were unforeseen costs and issues, but these were always handled very fairly and efficiently by Lukasz and his team. We are over the moon with the end product! I would (and have) recommend Lukasz to anyone looking to undertake building work.

Hakan is one of the excellent builder around the area. He did our bathroom to the top notch spec within the given budget and more importantly finished on time which also included demolishing walls. He even gave us pointers to save money where possible given this was our first experience with a builder. His pricing is very reasonable. We even want him to do our next project.
