I’ve been in the construction industry for over 40 years qualified as a carpenter at the age of 19 after a 3 year apprenticeship. Worked for several years specialising mainly in renovation and refurbishing residential properties where I gained a vast general knowledge of all the various building trades leading to me being part of a family building company for many years. Ill health and retirement to family members meant me cease trading and working as a site manager for big commercial companies for around 6 years but my passion is with making people’s dreams turn into reality, turning run down properties into dream homes for every day people. 4 years ago I returned to home improvement projects specifically kitchens and bathrooms offering a complete service from initial consultation to completion. My Dad and I set up the company at the beginning of this year with ambition of building our own company, instead of working for others. We work in Hertfordshire, North London, Essex and Lower Bedfordshire. My dad has worked in construction for over 30 years, doing surveying for main contractors, as well as his own property development projects. I have now completed my degree apprenticeship in construction quantity surveying achieving a building science second class honors. I have also ran my own jobs for a main contractor in London and surrounding areas worth up to £4 million. Our lads on the tools all have CSCS cards, and have achieved the relevant carpentry qualifications. We specialize in bespoke garden rooms with our in house labor, and build extensions, refurbs, conversions, and new builds.
