Job: reinstall 1 blinds, and install 1 door handle, £100. Great if you’re looking to install venetian blinds onto a brick wall. Hoovered the dust directly whilst drilling which was appreciated! However, they did not have the tools needed to install the door handle/mortice lock, which was discussed before the appointment so I can only assume you were unprepared. They did not fulfil this task. I thought you were being polite by putting the old door handle back on as you failed to install the new one. I could have done that easily myself, for free, I only removed it to prepare for the job. Was not expecting to pay the £100 quoted just to put the old handle back on instead of a mortice lock handle. I’ve booked a locksmith and will have to pay more to complete a job I have essentially paid for already... In future, if you have not completed a task I would not charge the customer the full amount quoted, respectfully. You were polite despite this and clean, and as for the blinds the job done was satisfactory, well done! I also appreciate that you took a trip to screw fix to find a handle easier to install, even though you came back empty handed. A for effort. I’m not greatly concerned over the money, but thought it overall was unfair and a waste of time. I only paid as I felt sympathetic 2 tradesmen spent 3 hours installing 1 set of blinds, taking an unsuccessful trip to screw fix and fiddling around with a door handle. Thank you for installing the blinds though!

I am extremely happy with the job Isac has done. We are so very lucky to have found Isac to do our home. At the time of the works we were expecting a baby and Isac worked night and day to make sure our home was ready in time for our sons arrival. Without him we would have been screwed. Isac’s work is extremely professional. He has high standards and is very skilled. He’s honest, direct and respectful. I now consider Isac as a friend. He’s come back a few times since the works to check in and is always on the phone is you have any follow up queries. I would recommend Isac to anyone who has work they needed done. Thank you Isac!!!

My previous bathroom fitters did a very bad job with the bathroom and cloakroom toilet and left it unfinished. I am so glad I went with JM Building service as Joe and Martin completely transformed both rooms. They rectified the previous fitters errors and completed the rooms. Joe didn’t just rush through the job to get it done quickly—he took his time, ensuring every detail was finished to a high standard. He worked meticulously, making adjustments until everything looked exactly as it should, rather than settling for ‘good enough.’ His dedication to quality and precision was evident throughout, and the end result speaks for itself. As well as being very good at what they do, they are friendly, reliable, trustworthy and hardworking. I have already booked them in for another job and requested a quote for another. Sokol did a fantastic job installing my new dishwasher, which involved removing an old cabinet and putting in all the necessary new pipework. He arrived exactly on time and was incredibly polite, professional, and easy to deal with throughout the entire visit. The quality of his workmanship was excellent, and he made sure to thoroughly test the machine and the plumbing before finishing up to ensure there were absolutely no leaks. He was a very clean worker who left the kitchen spotless, and his pricing was highly reasonable for such a great standard of service. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone.

We recently had our kitchen refurbished by Dumitru, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. He’s one of those rare builders who combines professionalism with real care for the details. He worked efficiently, kept the place tidy throughout the project, and always cleaned up after himself — which honestly made such a difference when living through a renovation. What I appreciated most was how supportive he was when it came to choosing the right materials. He guided us through the options without ever pushing, and his advice proved spot-on. The final result is exactly what we hoped for and more. If you’re looking for someone reliable, skilled, and easy to work with, I totally recommend Dumitru P.S. For anyone curious about the scope of the work: Dumitru changed our worktop, removed the old tiles and redid the flooring with laminate, installed a new cooker and hob, fitted a new sink, repaired the walls after the new boiler went in, and repainted everything. For a number of reasons, Reinaldo is without doubt the best tradesman I have come across, After having Cowboy Builders ruin my brand new doors. The quality of his work was faultless, he was prompt, always on time and very efficient, his work and work area was always left clean and tidy, and his communication skills, with regards to problem solving and making sure that the work he was carrying out was to my requirements, was excellent. I gave Reinaldo a number of jobs to do over a few separate visits and was not let down once. I cannot recommend Reinaldo highly enough and will be using him again for any future carpentry & joinery works. Reinaldo is not a carpenter however a magician as he can spell his Magic on any given work with a smile.Thanks again ,Reinaldo great work!

This was our first project, and we were exceptionally fortunate to find Bujar. We're actually getting tired of hearing our family and friends tell us how lucky we are and how amazing he sounds. One of the most honest, trustworthy, and genuine people I've ever met. If I had a problem, he'd be one of the first people I'd call! In fact I did last week and he came to the rescue :) His team were all friendly, polite, conscientious and very tidy. They worked around us as much as they could, always making sure we had access to what we needed which sometimes meant it took them longer to work. Bujar is a perfectionist and is so proud of what he does, he made sure everything was done to a high standard - the estate agent who came round after we were done was impressed! His prices are very fair (better value than other quotes we got and much less time). We couldn't believe it was done in the 3 months he said it would take, and we managed to fit in a few extra bits and pieces after that. He was so helpful throughout, took all project management on and didn't bother us unless an important decision needed to be made. He drove us around all over the place to sort kitchens, bathrooms, etc. and gave us really helpful advice throughout the process. Highly recommend him and his team. I can't imagine ever wanting to look for another builder unless I had to - something that is quite common amongst Bujar's clients. We are extremely pleased with everything about our new house.
