I’m genuinely very happy with the work from Nedic Ltd. They refurbished my kitchen and bathroom and the standard of finish is excellent. The kitchen was done perfectly. They brought thoughtful ideas and practical advice throughout, and you can tell they take pride in doing things properly. They were serious, organised and honest from day one, and the attention to detail really shows in the final result. With the bathroom, we discussed everything in advance so it looked right and worked well, including the waste pipes, the electrics and the overall layout. The tiling is extremely neat, the lines are clean, and the whole space looks finished to a very high standard. They also arranged painting at the end and the painters did a great job. They kept things tidy while working and cleaned thoroughly before leaving, which I really appreciated. I will absolutely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, reliable and honest building contractor. Nedic Ltd are excellent.

A really excellent set up of builders. Peter was great in evaluating the work and what we needed done. Sue was clear in her communication on costs, and then execution of the works by Taras and his team was superb. The extension was built in fantastic time-frame, and the end result is great. The work-ethic of the builders is what really makes them so good. They are on-time every day, and relentless with working hard each day.

Agim and his team were great - communicated what they would do at each stage, the timing, materials needed etc., no major surprises. The building is quite old and wonky in places so they had to work with that and the finished result looks great. Very happy and have would recommend Agim again!

Very impressed with the work Deyan completed for me. All the things that should be an automatic of paid work like being punctual, sticking to agreed dates, quoting accurately, not leaving messes, etc were all 100%. The extra bits of providing expert opinion and doing a thorough consultation, plus advising on future proofing my design and materials was above my expectations. He even helped repair something from a previous builder, knowing it meant the job would take longer. Extremely happy with standard of finish work and the end product - many thanks.

Andon cleared our old front garden, levelled it, rebuilt the retaining walls and laid turf. The job went really well. The workmanship was excellent, and he was very professional, friendly and easy to deal with. We are delighted with our new garden and thoroughly recommend this builder!

This is the second time around that we have appointed Andrew and his team, this time it was for a full refurbishment of my 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat. We only had 2 months to complete this project and the job was done on time, efficient and very neat. His team of builders, plumber and electrician were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Andrew himself made sure everything was done to the highest standard and in a timely manner. Andrew was very dedicated and helped me out with any issue that arose during the project even if it was not his responsibility. I am very happy with the refurbishment and will definitely use Andrew with his team at Melchior again for my next project.

We honestly can’t recommend Orland highly enough. He came in mid job after we got abandoned by some shady builders, and was just fantastic. Built us a wonderful bathroom in under a week - was polite, professional, arrived early and all his work was to a very high standard. Would definitely ask him to help with future projects!

Excellent work with the garden office/gym. Finished really nicely and exactly what we were looking for. Took quite a while but well worth the wait. We requested a labour quote and worked with Alf on a receipts basis for material and other costs. This worked out perfectly for us both. Alf's initial estimate of the materials cost was virtually spot on, which is very impressive given the inflation rate for building materials. Thanks again for all your hard work!

Samouil and his team at KnowHow Decorating completed a major project restoring our house. Work scope included sorting the tired and broken windows , guttering , fascia panels. Replacing rotten window ledges was done with superbly crafted new hard wood. No task was too difficult as the house was looking shabby. Full painting inside and outside was really well done. We feel like we have a "new" house and Samouil and team are a pleasure to deal with. They go beyond to satisfy you . I do not hesitate to recommend them strongly and will use again anytime .
