The contract was for 9 hours of work. In the end, I was charged for 10 hours. They argued that the handyman did not take a break. The worker was from 0900 to 1700. 8 hours minus short breaks. I would not recommend this company.

A TIME-WASTER: PROMISED TO COME, NEVER TURNED UP & STOPPED COMMUNICATING I hired Adam via MyBuilder to do a simple flash band fix of my conservatory roof. It took me days and a number of messages to get hold of him and finally agree on the date. So when the day finally came my husband & I cancelled our work and stayed both at home to make sure the job is fine and complete. (after all that chasing!). And guess what?! Adam never turned up, neither explained as to why he never turned up. All my further calls, messages and Voicemails were left unanswered. I complained to MyBuilder and had to repost the job.
