Vugar and his team are excellent. In four days they have transformed my bathroom. The job involved installing a shower over the bath and and tiling the bathroom. Vugar also picked up and collected all materials for me as I do not have a car. This was incredibly helpful. The work was carried out to a very high standard. I would recommend Vugar and his team. Kel and his team did a very good job in refurbishing a small studio flat. They stripped back the whole flat and installed new bathroom, kitchen, ceiling, lighting, flooring and a pull down bed. We were very pleased with the finished result which was clean and modern and recommended him to our friends. Kel has an eye for design and is always available to discuss a problem.

Adam Favor and NOVA Design & Build are a nice bunch of guys and they are reliable/helpful. However, when it came to coving, architrave and flooring, acceptable standards were unfortunately not met. Other specialists had to be brought in to re-do around 20% of the job; namely certain sections of the cornice and door architrave. In the former, a few things were below standard including: 1) not joining the friezes in the correct places, 2) cutting inaccurately, 3) leaving gaps, 4) using silicon as a filler and adhesive. For the door architrave, the wood was misaligned and not glued/nailed properly. The flooring was not laid well because there are huge gaps at times; sometimes at 1 cm. Since the kitchen has been installed, it is too late to take up the floorboards again. The most dubious thing of all in this job was the quote received for decorating which was c. 15k for 47 m2. This included plastering repairs, but ultimately the job got done by someone else to a high standard at 7k.

Very pleased with the service provided by Atmosphere Interiors. From initial consultation and design stage to completion they were very patient as we were far from the easiest at making final decisions but they guided us and we could not be happier with the final complete project. We were so pleased with the service we gave the guys out living room, staircase and bedroom to work on and couldn’t be happier with the final results. The guys were thoroughly professional and polite, installed the lights, extractor and new dimmer switch with minimal fuss, and were very tidy during and in finishing up. They also found and fixed a few other gremlins in the electrics. I would highly recommend London Heritage. My bathroom is transformed! London Heritage are quoting me now for some new bathroom cupboards, which demonstrates how happy I am with their work so far.

Very pleased with our choice. We initially got four quotes from different builders, most of them were terrible at communicating apart from Alfred. He was very easy to work with, responsive and very careful with our brand new house. His team was hard working, tidy and fast. They completely renovated our garden from removal of old decking and gravel to setting up new fences, levelling and turfing the ground. They also removed our old kitchen, partition wall and carpet, as well as did jobs like plastering, building a wall and set up lights and shelves. We’ll surely have him back soon to work on other jobs.

Didn’t return to finish the job, respond to calls or messages in response to finishing the job. Sadly wouldn’t hire Ovi & Mihai (O&C) again. Friendly & responsive initially. Worked well, on time, eager to please, did a good job - not perfect but adequate, average attention to detail but corrected when asked. We initially had a faux chimney put in, they touted for more work & provided alcove shelving/cabinet ideas which we subsequently hired them for. They worked intermittently (dad around for first half of job then left for Romania) as this was agreed as best for both parties. However they left the job incomplete once paid (were paid on time, each time, with no bargaining). Didn’t respond to texts or calls, leaving cabinet doors unfinished, large chips & cracks unfilled. Laminate was also poorly cut around hearth stone, left chimney cutout unfinished with no cement to the base. Lack of respect and wouldn’t hire again as cannot trust they won’t disappear. Note previous reviews.

Based on architect recommendation, we contracted Alain on a private basis to produce structural engineering designs for our home renovation. He undertook a site visit and then produced structural designs to support a large number of elements related to new support beams, lintels etc. These have been iterated with the architect and the process has been very smooth. He was very responsive and nice to interact with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend as a structural engineer for the type of project we undertook (loft conversion, new pitched roof, new openings within walls and ground floor open plan conversion)
