Absolutely first class Had Richard round to knock down a rubbish extension that came with a house I bought, and rebuild a wall to accommodate a new living room window. He worked all weekend to get the job done - including Sunday morning in sub-zero temperatures, which is pretty commendable. His work was signed off by the local council's building inspector, and even an amateur like me could tell that it was neat, solid and high quality. I've since had him back to fix my roof. Honest, reasonably priced, straight-forward, solid builder. I'd highly recommend him for pretty much any job, and will likely have him back for further work.

Along story but a builder that u have on your site has stolen a large amount of money from us. We are going to report him to police aswell. We paid £6k upfront to buy equipment etc like scaffolding, skip, lime etc. We was having old blown render taken off our old house. Then having re rendered or pointed dep on the stone underneath. We said wed like to keep the stone and he just said fine and never discussed that it would be more work. There was some areas that definitely needing render. He did one layer of scratch coat and then pointed the back of the house. He's left all of the gable end bare and open to the elements plus partly rendered the ridge also. This work started in 2021 after covid and was meant to come back last summer to complete and didn't. Nor this year aswell. He took £500 a week from us so a total of £13k and only done half the job. This has made my husband and I very depressed as waiting every time it rains to get the next damp patch. So I don't want anyone else going through this. So pls take him down. Next step is to tell the police and trading standards. His trade name is Mj young plastering services.

I completely lost faith in builders but Robert has totally restored it. I contracted him to do a hand rail and stairs, his level of professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail has meant that he has was given tasks to fit my engineered wood floor, skirting, doors and architraves for my entire house. I have since also added fitting my kitchen to the list and designing fittings for storage under my stair case and front room. I would highly Robert to my friends, family and to you because he is a man of his word and he takes pride in doing excellent work. He is one I believe of very few in his trade that places himself in the shoes of his clients.

K2 Build I highly recommend. They restored a building at the back of the garden and fitted a rubber roof. There advice was well received on how we could achieve our goal.They were on time every day and kept me informed of the build progress throughout. They were fair on price and nothing was too much trouble. There was some minor snagging at the end which was to be expected and they returned to remedy these snags in quick time. Once again many thanks....
