I used EBSW as the main contractor to install a new bathroom and separate toilet, as well as replastering some of the downstairs rooms. Prior to starting any work I met with Tom, and we talked through the different jobs, I was immediately impressed. We talked through different options and finishes and he took the time to explain each of the options. During the work we discovered an issue with damp, which turned a simple replastering job into something much more involved, again we talked through the options, and as it worked out he managed the different trades resulting in minimal additional hours (and cost). Throughout the building work, not only did Tom maintain my house as a tidy site, but he also ensured that disruption was minimised to the neighbours. A really motivated and enthusiastic company, I would highly recommend EBSW.
