Stay clear of this person as he is not experienced builder and do not fulfill his commitments after taking money. Don't hire this tradesman unless you want someone not to turn up on agreed date and time or you want to chase him again and again without him picking up your phone calls or answering them.. My garden shed was leaking from the side. Amarjeet recommended to put new flashing on the garden shed roof to fix it. However, after putting flashing, the garden shed continued to leak from the same area he had put the flashing. He said this time the cause of leak were the joints which he failed to look into earlier. So, he fixed that. After second fix, the shed again leaked, this time directly under the flashing he had put. When I asked him to fix it, he refused saying that the issue is with the joints and not the flashing. I told him that I had hired him to fix the water leak and not the flashing or joints. I even said that I will pay him if the issue is different. After ringing him several times and then agreeing a date and time with him, he didn't turn up. He is not a professional or experienced builder. Having now spoken to another builder, they suggested that the issue is that the water is somehow going under the flashing he had put. There is a bigger problem of the water standing on the roof which needs to be fixed first and which this builder failed to notice. Unfortunately, I will have to pay another builder to complete his work!

I highly recommend Sohail Faisal of Samz Construction Services Ltd. We chose Sohail's company to complete our Hip to Gable with Rear Dormer Loft Conversion in Guildford and we are delighted with the work. The job was completed to a high standard, within the expected timescale and on budget. Sohail's communication throughout is excellent, taking time to explain what work will be completed on which days, what is involved and how many people will be attending on which days to complete the work. Sohail also let me know exactly when deliveries of materials were arriving and when the skips would be collected etc. Sohail's team of builders are all very friendly, polite, and respectful and do a great job of cleaning up after themselves at the end of each day. In terms of price and payment schedule, this was fair and efficient. Sohail has a payment schedule that works really well - invoicing for staggered payments at certain points, i.e. on delivery of materials, then when the building inspector signs off the first job etc. this makes you feel at ease with the job and confident that everything is always on track. All around I am really happy with the project and have no doubts about recommending Sohail to family and friends - I have already asked Sohail to quote on my next project.

Albert and Simon were very professional. They delivered the job to quality and were very helpful and supportive with challenges during the project as well as add on tasks. Bogdan himself is extremely knowledgable and his years of experience in industry is clear to see, which makes choosing him great value for money. Before and during the project he offered solutions that we hadn't considered and the would in fact save us money and be of benefit to us in the future. His team is punctual, reliable, diligent, speedy and clean! They take pride in their work which has led to a highly satisfactory work in the final build. Bogdan also has great connections to third parties (e.g. to flooring and curtains/blinds providers) which is very valuable, especially when trying to coordinate different aspects and timings of a full house redecoration. His quotes and payment structures are fair, clear and concise which is also very helpful. His communication is excellent too. All in all, Bogdan's great work took away a huge amount of stress during these projects. I would highly recommend Bogdan and his team for any prospective works someone is considering.

Restoration & Refurbishment- 16 Jan 2017
Hired to remove 3 ceilings, clear and dispose in my skip, make good bathroom led lights that had been installed incorrectly, this required removing and re installing tiles as well. Price agreed was £950. I also hired to completely gut out a bedroom and make a doorway for an en-suite, this work was agreed at £5500 exc of materials. Tiler made a complete mess of the tiles which had cost me nearly £900 . Michael then began to blame the walls for the poor work, although he had agreed the work was sub standard. I suggested allowing me to use another tiler that I knew, however Michael was adamant he wanted to use the same tiler again. Once again the work was of a really poor quality. I then had my tiler repair the damages at a cost of £935 including materials. Michael then became very upset and didn't want to pay for the repairs and wanted to leave site with all work outstanding. I agreed £700 towards the repairs, and to deduct this from the overall balance. Michael gutted the bedroom, made a hole for the en-suite doorway, put up 1 partition, first fix electrics and skimmed the bedroom ceiling. I had paid Michael a total of £3350 by this stage. Then all of a sudden he text me to say he was leaving site with all his tools as he had to leave the country in an emergency. Michael is now refusing to refund me any monies as he believes he has spent more than what I have paid him. I am currently £4285 out of pocket. I will let you make up your mind if he is to be trusted.
