Had a few people come to offer quotes for the garage conversion, and a few didn't bother to show up at all. CP Drylining (Cody) arrived when he said he would, and took detailed measurements on the first visit. First impressions were excellent - he was knowledgable, friendly and seemed like a trustworthy guy. Quote was issued a few days later - not the cheapest I'd received, but certainly gave me more confidence than some of the other options. Cody provided me with a detailed schedule of work, describing what was expected to happen and on what day, and kept me up to date throughout the whole process. Each of the tradesmen doing their respective parts (gas engineers, electricians, flooring, carpentry & joiners) were absolutely top class and experts in their trades. I'm totally blown away by the quality of work from all the guys involved, and have a lot of respect for Cody for keeping things on track. Definitely made the right choice for this job with CP Drylining and chuffed to bits with the outcome. Would highly recommend Cody and his colleagues for any similar kind of work. Amazing job, and very, very happy with everything!

Shop renovation: Would have left a good review had Kyle returned to finish the job as quoted. Never returned to fit a stair rail and the window sills as originally agreed in the contract / quote.

Daryl was very quick to respond and extremely polite. He attended to all questions and resolved all issues to high standard. He was very patient, professional and considerate in all his dealings. I needed him for radiators removal but used his service for plastering a full house which was done excellently well. He even fixed part the rubbish damp work done by a previous builder at very reasonable price. I will be happy to use his service again and again. Thank you Daryl

Mr Cox came for the quote and everything was agreed. Unfortunately, it wasn't Mr Cox who came to do the job but a colleague of his who wasn't vetted by my builder. The purpose of going through my builder was to have someone vetted and knowing about them. I feel conned.

I would highly recommend Dan Wright without hesitation. Dan was extremely helpful before my job started, suggesting solutions and messaging beforehand to ensure everything was on track. On site, Dan was hardworking and adaptable, another job came up while he was here which he negotiated there and then and added to his list, he worked efficiently and fast, advising along the way and nothing was too much trouble. If, like me, you are dubious of finding the right handyman, rest assured you really won't find anyone better, he even got my 17 year old son helping out which is saying something! 😁. You really won't regret appointing this guy!

Large living room converted into a country style kitchen and a small kitchen removed and converted into a living space. I was worried about having work done in my house as I have heard about the minefield that the building trade can be! Nevin is unlike any builder I have experienced! He was professional, approachable and friendly and it is clear that he genuinely cares about his work. Nevin spent a good 2 hours with me designing every aspect of my project and he gave me sound advice about areas I was unsure of. With regards to workmanship, Eddie and Liam completed the build and their workmanship is second to none! My kitchen has been finished to an exceptional standard and they were a pleasure to have in my home. I have recommended NMB to my friends and I will certainly be using them again for future projects!

Ken did an excellent job removing old air bricks, fitting new air bricks and re-pointing brick work. He came to look at the job, gave a quote and offered advice on various aspects before doing the work, and when it was done it he was on time, quick, did the work to a high standard and the price was very reasonable. He's reliable and very importantly a decent, honest person. Cheers!
