Lonel was great. As we were concerned about a possible leak, he adjusted his calendar so he could come promptly and he considered the best course of action. He worked patiently and politely with an overbearing neighbour and did a really neat job. We asked him to come back to do some other roofing repairs (replace flashing and reset capping stones). Would definitely recommend.

I can't praise Jay and his team enough. On moving into our new house we had to quickly convert the garage into an additional bedroom. Jay gave a very competitive quote and gave us a lot of help in deciding what to do. We were so happy with the the quality of the work, their work ethic and sensible pricing that we asked them to do a lot more work including, plastering ceilings and walls, replacing and wiring lighting, fitted wardrobes, laying a wooden floor, refurbishing a family bathroom, full redecoration and lots of other smaller jobs. Working with Jay and the team is how hiring a builder should be. Always on time, there when they say they will be, hard working, considerate, easy to get on with and will talk through the jobs to get the right outcome. If you need any work doing in your home, big or small give Jay a call and you won't be disappointed.

We found Marian from CM Fixing after the suppliers recommended fitter proved unresponsive and we are so pleased we did. We have found dealing with Marian an absolute pleasure - really responsive communication, excellent price and he has done a fantastic job for us today. They arrived promptly at 8am and fitted our new doors with no fuss and lots of care and it’s all looking amazing. I would recommend Marian and his team to anyone considering an installation.
