Really great guy who did a superb job. We supplied the flooring and his initial quote and guess of how long the job turned out to be a bit optimistic (not his fault - the flooring had been in storage a while and was hard to lay.) Nonetheless he was going to honor the original quote (itself very reasonable) though we insisted he take a bit more since he had to come back a second day and instead of a day the whole job took more than half a day more. He is polite, positive, and clearly something of a perfectionist...he relaid one of the boards on the second day because of an imperfection which we hadn't even noticed.Communication was always good and he turned up when he said he would - even when he had to return to complete the job. Based on my experience I would recommend him enthusiastically.

What can I say about Bb waste management. Well ben came round and quoted me my first job they did it within a day job was ok. So I needed more fencing so I called Ben again he came round did it again this time was ok a few problems but he assured me he would sort them out which was never sorted out. when I needed the last instalment of fencing to be done. Sigh…….. Keep hearing excuses to come and sort the issue. Was round quick when money was involved but not so quick when I need it to be fixed so far he hasn’t made any attempt to fix the problem or he is claiming it’s not his problem. And he won’t be fixing his errors. so i have taken legal advice into the matter and reported him to trading standards. Also he will be hearing from my solicitor as I will be coming for a refund as I have now had to find professional who knows what they are doing to rip up all the fencing and re do the whole job. What can I say awful job for someone who claims to take pride in their work. this last job is really bad for £1800 for 6 bays of fencing I feel like I have been ripped off. Update job was done a week ago since then 2 fence panels have fallen off completely. Have tried to communicate but days pass at a time then not answering my questions so it’s pointless next stage is legal let a solicitor and go to court to try and get back some of the money. And I’m appalled at MYBUILDER as a company allowing companies like this to not be checked that can rip people off.

I really couldn't have asked for any more from GT. They have been fair and professional throughout from initial quotation through to installation. Their work is to a very high standard and they are clean, tidy and organised in their approach too. I now have a superb set of bi-fold doors and am the envy of my neighbours. I would recommend GT without hesitation.

Michael’s team completed alls works to my satisfaction first time. Nothing seemed to much trouble even when I asked to change a couple of things. The team were always punctual and worked hard,at the end of every day the site was clean and tidy. The workmanship was spot on and we are so pleased with the level of detail involved. We are now thinking of doing the front of the house and will be having the team back 100%.

Osman (O & B Group) who did the work in November was very approachable. If anything was unclear he would ask for clarification. He did a good job with the worktop etc. and also installed laminate flooring in the kitchen to a high standard. Price was reasonable and would use again.

He showed up on time, found the issue right away, and took care of it. He also fixed a broken, dangerous plug while he was at it. I’ll 100% be calling Jack again for any problems in my house! All new windows upstairs and part of down as well as a new back door. The workmanship was excellent. I have monocouche rendering and there was no damage to this at despite the fact that was done after the original windows were installed. Dust clothes were used throughout and the interior was cleaned at the end of each day. I would highly recommend them

Great people - highly recommended. Chay's colleague Paul called today at a prearranged time to have a quick no cost look at the mystery damp in the subsoil of my downstairs shower room. Paul stayed for around 30 minutes and was more than helpful and suggested it was almost certainly a ventilation or a drain leakage issue. After Paul left a close inspection of the external runaway has revealed some damage which is very likely the cause of the damp. I would definitely recommend these guys if you have a plumbing / leakage issue as they seem very genuine and will offer free and sensible advice. They have probably saved me a lot of money by pointing me in the right direction.
