I hired Tim for a big job to replace a damaged bathroom floor due to a leak. The damaged expanded to outside the bathroom and was quite involved. Tim did an amazing job, not only did he sort out the problem but he found clever solutions which other builders did not think of. Tim is reliable, honest and always ready to help. Would use again 100%.

While the person was pleasant to work with and reasonably priced, the quality of work was disappointing. He repeatedly asked for additional money to complete the job he was originally hired to do. Unfortunately, after I mistakenly paid him before the work was fully completed, he never returned to finish it, citing excuses like issues with his van or needing to take his kids to school. If you're looking for reliable and high-quality work, I would recommend seeking someone else. L.B.C is not a business you can depend on to deliver a satisfactory result. I still have additional work to do in my garden, but I will be hiring someone else.

Just ignoring the situation will not go away as I am now in receipt of your insurance documents and want to resolve amicably. I put you on notice to get in touch within 7 days. If I do not hear back I'm afraid I will have to start the legal processes as you give me no other option. The project involved stripping the property back to its bare walls, reconfiguring room layouts, and installing entirely new bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Additionally, Martin oversaw the revitalisation of the garden area. Martin's professionalism and meticulous attention to detail were exemplary throughout the project. I am exceptionally pleased with the outcome of the work. This is not my first collaboration with Martin; I previously engaged his services for a complete house renovation in 2021.

My advice is avoid. Poor communication Poor workmanship Poor quality finish Create 'issues' during build to make you pay more than quoted Left project incomplete We pursued through the Court and won the case, but of course he is unable to pay, so we are pursing further through the Court. He will respond to the review with some excuse, but there is absoultley no excuse for poor workmanship and quality. Happy to share pictures and videos on request.

Very nice and polite guy. He did his job as promised. The price was fixed and job was done neatly. He tidied away all the rubbish and out back everything in order which I was very pleased with. The communication was great and everything went very well. We enjoy our garden more than before now.
