Outstanding. My perspective on the work assessment, process and completion could not be more positive. A wonderful team of knowledgeable and dedicated electricians. Highly professional in their work, always aiming to get the highest quality result. Communication was excellent - emails and telephone calls returned promptly and those working in my property were able to explain the issues, process and outcomes in language I could understand without the use of too much technical jargon, which would've left me feeling anxious. Certificates were completed and sent as soon as the job had been completed and the works were finished within the estimated time frame thanks to their dedication to their task. My property was kept tidy with minimal intrusive work and my opinion was sought when there was an option of how to proceed with a task if it required intervention that would affect the decoration of the room. These interventions have been minor and are easily touched up and most importantly I have fully functioning and safe electrics in my property.

The project was not without its challenges—there were some technical issues that arose along the way, and the works took longer than initially planned, as is often the case with refurbishments. However, the team handled everything with professionalism, skill, and dedication. Marius demonstrated incredible problem-solving skills and kept me informed. Alex and his crew did a fantastic job on my property. They did the work on-time, to budget and to a very professional standard. The work required a wide variety of skills from painting, carpentry, plumbing and electrics. As I was unable to be on site Alex constantly kept me updated on progress with photos and videos. All in all I would highly recommend Alex and his team.

The job was to remove a stud wall with an archway between my kitchen and hall. Pawel was excellent from start to finish. He was good to communicate with before, and answered my questions fully. He turned up on time, was very neat and kept the noise down. He did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I’d recommend!

James came up to have a look at the job and assured me it was no problem. He gave me an excellent price and a date to suit me. He and Billy worked really hard to get the job done as quickly as they possibly could, and I am absolutely over the moon with the results. We are already planning lots more jobs for the house. I entirely renovated my flat except the bedroom, the estimation from Alex builders seemed to me the most comprehensive and honest, therefore I chose them. I couldn't be happier as they delivered a superb job. The tiles were fitted with a super precision in both the bathroom and the living room where they had to match the pattern. I changed the structure of the flat, by removing a divider wall and now I am much happier because I gained much more space. Alex builders have always been avalaible whenever I needed to fix anything, even when the job was completed. I strongly recommend these guys, you won't be disappointed!

Hamza did a fantastic job from start to finish. From the moment I first spoke to him, he was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He came to look at the job promptly and gave a very fair quote. The work was completed to a very high standard, and I was so pleased when I came home and saw the finished result. Delighted with Kornii & team’s work. They were professional, punctual, tidy and reliable, and I would definitely use them again. They were also competitive with pricing. Kornii and team renovated the external facade front and back of our house, dealing with rogue piping and cables, cracks etc. Did a really good job of colour matching the paint needed. Also fixed an issue on the roof. Inside they made and put up shelves in a number of places, re-sealed and regrouted a few bathrooms, fixed ceiling water marks and various cracks etc internally.

Gjon and his son Julian did an amazing job tiling our kitchen floor. They were prompt in communications and completed the job within the agreed time. Left the job clean and tidy after themselves. Will probably hire them again to install a splashback later on in the project.

Tony and his team were phenomenal! Professional, courteous, reliable, tidy and quick. Tony's communication throughout the build was consistent, clear and precise. Tony really listened to me throughout the process; provided advice and options but most of all completed the project the way I needed it. The whole build went exceptionally smoothly, was finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Tony's workmanship is excellent and the final finish spot on. I was really worried about finding the right builder for my project... I simply could not have found better. Octavian is a really great guy, very reliable, never disappoint, maintained good communication with us all the time. As a customer, obviously the most important part is great craftmanship, we have used other teams before and you can easily tell the difference between his work and the others. From things such as painting (you can tell they have paint and sand multiple times to provide such great finishing), tile installation (the gap between each tile is tiny, and they are very flat), Octavian’s team can get them all done. This job involves a full flat refurbishment, so the flat was completely stripped, knocked down a few walls, install new pipes / wire etc. During his work he has spotted many things that we have not noticed before. Unlike some other contractors who do not care, they will just finish what they were asked to do and leave. Octavian spotted it and recommend us the best solution for it, to provide the best outcome for the project. It is important to find someone who do care about the customer and the project.
