Mark gave me a price and a date for a bathroom refit. A week before the bathroom was due to be started Mark did not reply to any phone calls, messages or e-mails. Knowing that we were taking tiles off in preparation for the job, he never turned up. Mark has left us with no bathroom and no reason as to why the job could not be completed. Extremely unprofessional. Would definitely not recommended.
