He introduced each member of his team to us so we knew who was working on site, and was happy to show us how to do some tasks so we could trim costs a little. Keeps his language clean, which was important to me as my young children were keen to watch what he was doing! And he has dealt quickly with the couple of small snagging issues which have arisen since the finish of the build, definitely no disappearing act here :)
