We will agree a start date & where possible a completion date too Once we commence works, you will have regular contact and updates from either Alison or Karl which can be verbal or written to suit your preference. Just prior to completion together we put together a snagging list which we work through to cover off all those small nigglie bits that crop up towards the end of a project On completion we again meet so you can sign off on the project that you are 100% satisfied, and final payment can then be made.
