Started well but all went pare shape. Site left in a mess, sand and cement slopped over upvc windows, unable to follow direction or plans, walls not parallel at openings, refused to return to put things right despite being paid and asked politely a number of times.

Paul was great. Easy regular comms. Arrived early on the day and fit me in as best he could. Straight to it, great work, very professional and sorted out some other problems as they were discovered. Talked me through options and did what was asked to a very high finish. Would highly recommend and use again.
