We find the cause of damp, leaks and mould, then we fix it. Most damp gets treated by guesswork: paint over the mould, inject the wall, hope it holds. It comes back, because nobody diagnosed it properly in the first place. We start with a survey. Full moisture mapping room by room with calibrated meters, air quality testing to measure airborne mould spores, and a written report with photographic evidence setting out the real root cause and what needs doing, in priority order. Insurance ready if you need it for a claim. From there we do the work ourselves: leak detection, damp investigation, mould inspection, mould remediation and structural drying. One team start to finish, so nothing gets lost between trades. We work for homeowners, landlords and letting agents across London and the South East. If your problem turns out to be something simple, we'll tell you. We'd rather give you a straight answer than sell you work you don't need.
