Restoration & Refurbishment- 9 Apr 2018
I have yet to complete a full report as I am still waiting for Wayne Poulter - WP ALL TRADES , to remove the previous owners kitchen appliances etc from my garage that I allowed him to use during the refurbishment of my home, which was completed in early JAN 2018. I find it strange that there is a very favourable review from a job he completed in Dec 2017, when he spent 2 months refurbishing my home???? I have offered the keys to the garage, left it open for weeks on end and have recently again offered to leave the keys with the manager of the development, for him to collect at his convenience. No response since a message on the 3rd January from him apologising & admitting he had completely forgotten to remove it and would do it ASAP!! Very disappointing and hope that it will be dealt with ASAP as promised. Mrs Clark.

Jason and his team have done a superb job with a number of unexpected obstacles to overcome. Jason and his team are professional, punctual, tidy and pay great attention to detail to deliver high quality work. Our external woodwork is extensive and was in poor condition - now looking great and we are confident we have many years of good looking woodwork! Similarly Jason has sorted a very flaky and ancient patio and it is now looking excellent and is safe. We recommend Jason without reservation

I was looking for someone to upgrade my flat front door as it had failed its fire inspection. Jay quoted from the surveyor’s report and then came round a week later. He was prompt, did a great job, reduced the price after seeing the actual door, and wrote a report for me to give to the managing agent. I was very pleased all round and would definitely recommend him. A Really nice, honest guy. I think the other flat owners in my block will now use him. I would definitely use him again

Adrian did the work on our shower cubicle and shower quickly and efficiently. we were very pleased with his workmanship and the final result. The work was invoiced as per the original quote. He was pleasant and friendly and able to give advice on other home projects.
