Ramsey did an excellent job at our place. The flat needed a wide range of repairs (it has been a while since we have done any proper maintenance and quite a few things stopped working/came undone/broke altogether). He fixed a large variety of problems we had and did a really good job of making all repairs look organic with the rest of the flat. On a personal note Ramsey was also always pleasant, on time, and clear with what he will be doing when. He also did his best to make sure the works caused minimum disruption to our family.
