Steve came when he said and provided a detailed quote for the requested work. From starting the job which continually increased in size and complexity, he has always kept us informed with regards to costing and provided detailed breakdown of fixtures and labour to allow us to keep within our budget. He has always worked hard to fit in with our time scale with other tradesmen and has always turned up on time when he said he would, working quietly and cleanly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Steve and now have someone to call on when we come to tackle the remainder of the house. I found his charges to be fair and transparent with no increase in cost as has happened with most of the other work which has been undertaken. A highly recommended tradesman who knows his stuff and will provide advice and guidance throughout. Cannot fault his service in any way.

Really pleased with Emyr’s professional approach to everything about this job. He gave me advice about the extractor, prices and options that I asked for the replacement and carried out the work as and when arranged. I got a full breakdown of the PAT testing items at a fair price. Invoice was clear and as expected. I intend to use Emyr’s services in the future.
