Firstly, I am happy for Adam to be in the flat unattended. My "Neutral" is not reflected on him, he was really helpful, I am happy to use again, let me explain. I had designed our new kitchen to the nth degree. I had the IKEA computer design and also created my own plan in RoomArranger. It needed a re-wire to accommodate the new layout. There were two problems, 1st was that two around the hob were not put in the position specified. The documentation was clear, and measurements down the the CM provided. However, Adam thought there was an issue and moved them. They are now only 3cm from the splash back, so it just about works, but it could have been an issue. We'd had the plastering done before noticing. So NEEDED TO CHECK. also the chasing of the wires was a little short on one of the sockets & was above the countertop when it was fitted. However, since we have an upstand, it was hidden, luckily. The other main issue was the sockets did not end up level. While they are at the same height, they are not horizontal (very slightly, but is just noticeable) This was a shame as it was pretty much the only thing I mentioned at the beginning! It is just a case of slightly more attention to detail required. HOWEVER (and this is IMPORTANT), the same situation nearly arose with the lighting, but he called to confirm my measurements. Light was off centre due to a wall cupboard to be fitted. Glad he checked. I WOULD use again, but this is a fair reflection of my experience.

the guy come today to do the job and just take all apart and damage the seal and just leave wires not connected witch are very dangerous for my house now. avoid him because him don't know what him do. him see cannot put them back and just run away from the job and let me with disconnected wires

I came home from work and there were no lights and no heating. The entire flat was dark and cold. The sockets were off as well. So completely dead. I rang Kreshnik to see if he was able to come as an emergency. He was just driving home from work and agreed to pop in and have a look. He was round in about 20 minutes. He did some troubleshooting first and identified that the hot water tank was dripping water on some live wires. It all shortcutted and took off the entire flat. He isolated the problem and gave us back the lights and the sockets. So we were able to use the electrical heaters until the hot water tank was replaced. He then explained the cause, what he did and what we should do from there. He was very reassuring. The quality of work was really good. He left everything nice and tidy after him. The work did not take long. Within 20 or so minutes he was done. Kreshnik is someone that you can call even at 3 o'clock at night. He will always respond in no time. Very helpful and profesional. The price we paid was very reasonable considering the very short notice. I would strongly recommend Kreshnik.

About four days after agreeing the price and a day to do the work I was contacted and told that he could not do the job after all. He told me that he had inadequate insurance and was unwilling to upgrade it. Fair enough - but rather disappointing. We cancelled the contract. I cannot leave positive feedback.

Unfortunately Dan from a promising start you’ve dropped off a cliff! You txt on the day to you where starting to say can u delay till following Saturday, I txt u that it would be ok and haven’t heard a thing from you since!! You are ignoring my texts and unless you are permanently engaged When I ring it seems you’ve blocked my number. At a loss as to why this chain of events has happened, if you no longer want the job you should of got in touch, I’m left in limbo at the moment and it seems need to find a proper electrician who doesn’t mess people about!!! If your reading this because your thinking of using Dan...... you have been warned!! Thanks for nothing ☹️

We hired this electrician to do new wiring for the spot lights and replacement of the circuit board along with other changes. I must say it was a big mistake! It seems he doesnt know what he was doing. He couldnt finish some of the jobs, very messy guy, does not clean after what he has done (left all the cut wires, boxes on the floor), kept making huge holes to do the wiring and didnt put them back after. We had to paint the majority of the sections three times just because he kept coming back to amend his work and created more holes, loose wiring. The wiring which was suppose to be 2 way- didnt work so the switches are left dormant, the circuit board keeps tripping, existing appliance which were working fine before all of a sudden doesnt work and he blames the old wiring. Turned off the outdoor electricity and never plugged the wires again. Left the whole place in a mess. When we moved in, twice we had a black out (major concerns as there could be loose wire which could cause fire) when we texted and emailed him and till date he has not responded. In the end when he eventually gave the EICR certificate, it was all wrong and he omitted most of the works he actually did. We sent him an email and messages to which he hasnt responded till date. I would not recommend him to anyone so avoid engaging him unless you want to experience what we did and have your house unsafe.

Paid the agreed amount but failed to return to finish off the job entirely, will now finish the last part myself. Therefore unable to recommend. Lesson learnt, don't part with all the cash until the job is fully complete, otherwise there is no incentive for them to return to finish off the job!

I was contacted by VB Electrical and he confirmed that he was interested in the job. I asked if he was available on 2nd or 4th December (when visiting mother again). He advised that 2nd December in the afternoon was booked into his diary - time to be confirmed as we were travelling from Wales). However, on 2nd December, he did not respond to my texts nor my answerphone message. And he has not responded since!

Just realised we had not left a timely review! We hired this company to install downlights in 5 rooms and to replace our cooker hood. Alex provided a competitive quote, arrived to undertake the work as scheduled and did an excellent job. He installed all the downlights we needed, sealed the areas where he had removed central light fittings leaving them ready to repaint and fully installed the new cooker hood. We are very happy with the work undertaken and have no hesitation in recommending this company for any electrical work. We would certainly use them again for any future jobs.

Hard Flooring- 9 Feb 2025
Shambolic work. I had lots of communications with Renato prior to starting the work on the stair flooring lamintation however I feel he doesn't have much knowledge of how and what kind of noses will fit. The result was that on the day of the work, they were not sure how to install the laminates on the stairs. Laminates were not cut properly leading to a lot of waste and poor quality of output. Moreover although I was told by him that would be done for fixed price, on the day he said it was just his day rate so any extra visits would cost more. My wife is unhappy to the point that she is talking about divorce. I will have to hire another contractor to take out the entire laminates and redo the stairs. Looks like they are not specialists and just handyman. I have done a lot of building work but this time got carried away by some sweet talking and confidence demonstrated by Renato during the initial meet when he came to see. Came and looked and gave us a quote. Changed the days they could do it, but I had nt confirmed so wasn’t too concerned. Picked keys up and said they were going to crack on. Lunch time and nothing had been done! Tried to contact and refused to answer phone. Then said an empty wardrobe that was on wheels and laminate floor was an issue! I said things could be moved and I was in the area, no problem. But they had chosen to do nothing and leave instead of ringing me?! Wardrobe was there when he came to quote!! Still refused to ring or take calls. Posted key back half through letterbox! What absolute messer and time waster!!! Be warned!!!

Luke & his colleague arrived same day & spent two hours testing the downstairs lighting circuit, were unable to find out the problem. He suggested spending a full day investigating but was unable to schedule a full day, and is now on paternity leave. He suggested I tried somebody else.
