Phil was tasked with removal of old boilers (2 properties), removal of old pipe work and re-install new heating system. Also to remove and reinstall kitchen plumbing and electrics for a new kitchen install, plus various electrical items around the property. All work was quoted and then completed on time to the agreed budget. Any additional extras were agreed in advance so no shock last minute payment requests. Ryan was polite, knowledgeable and did the job very well. Although there were a few complications (through no fault of his own), Ryan kept to the quoted price and stayed until the job was complete. Rewire was done to an acceptable standard. No issues with electrics and new fusebox was installed. The job was very dusty but workers didn't go to much effort to protect the house from the dust; we had to cover things with our own dust sheets. Effort to 'make good' was lacking; the plastering done to patch up the holes was of a low standard.

I was having a bad experience with the tradesmen from mybuilder.com and about to give up, until Elite Services came to quote to build an ensuite bathroom, in the end I was so happy with the quality of work I asked them to do a full renovation! now my house is completely transformed, I almost don't want to sell it!
