Poor communication. He gave me a date first then cancelled it due to he’s son got ill which is understandable and I told him no worries will do it in your flexible time. Then he gave me another date and I agreed then day after I asked him what time will you come no reply then day before I messaged him no reply and he didn’t arrive on his chosen day. I waited whole day for him then called him no answer. The worst communication I have ever come across and I would recommend you to find a good responsive person avoid someone like him. Who doesn’t have value for other people’s time. Very unprofessional.

Mathew first worked for us in Summer of 2016 on a complete renovation of a property. The standard required was extremely high and the level for the whole job was essentially set by Mathew himself- I have not found anyone more dedicated to getting a job done carefully and properly. The plumber described Mat's set up of the boiler wiring as the best he had seen in his 30 years in the industry. His plastering is outstanding and you will not find a better finish. Mat has continued to work on jobs we have had since this work was completed and will do on jobs going forward. He recently undertook the build of our stand for the Spring Fair 2018 at the NEC- the result was outstanding. I would never hesitate to call upon Mat for his expertise and knowedge in his given areas.

I used John to replace my kitchen roof and fill it with insulation. John is a friendly person, easy to get on with, offered a very competitive quote and got on with the job very quickly. He actually gets involved with his work and talks it through with the customer; he suggested a better solution than the one I originally asked for. The finished job looks excellent, was good value and has given me a much more comfortable room. Highly recommended.

I can't speak highly enough of Shaun. He did a substantial rewiring job for us. He went above and beyond in terms of doing the job in an intelligent way that would work best for us now and also in the future (we're planning further extension works etc). He was a lovely guy to have around, extremely reliable and punctual, and very accommodating to work within our timescales. He invoiced me exactly what he'd originally quoted me even though he'd done things in a way that I think a lot of tradesman would start saying were "extras".
