100% Recommended. I asked Mark to do a very difficult install, one which several others had declined or else wanted a small fortune (and two guys) to even attempt. Mark completed the job whilst making it look simple, for a very good price. He proved very easy and pleasant to work with, honest, reliable and efficient he also came upo with several very good design ideas and saved money on fittings where it made sense to do so. Having agreed a price for works and pay lee farrier in full for the last stage of the partial rewire of my property, lee is a electrician who thinks he doesn’t have to issue a test certificate for work he has done at a property . He also thinks it’s ok to leave a 3 way lighting circuit in un working condition. He refused to return to correct the faulty lighting circuit and issue me a test certificate for the work he had done (blocking my phone number in the process). The law states he must issue this certificate. He had been paid in full. One official complaint to NAPIT (one of several governing organisations that regulate electricians) had lee come back within a month (having waited 3 months for him to return to complete the job) to test his work and issue the certificate. Unfortunately I had to pay another electrician to correct his poor work with the 3 way lighting circuit. Absolutely no concern for his lack of professionalism. AVOID.

Simon did a job for me last year in a 2nd story flat. He installed a new larger mains supply cable, upgraded the fuse box to a twin RCD protected consumer unit, fitted new sockets in the kitchen and upgraded the mains supply to to cooker with cabling and isolator. His quote was clear and concise. He completed the job on time and he was a very tidy worker. Should I require any similar work completed in the future I shall make him my first point of contact.
