He visited us quickly to scope out the work, provided a quote on the same day and once booked in for the job he was punctual and completed the job on time. Tony came and installed a new fuseboard in my house and one in the garage as well as moving an outside light. He is a friendly, polite and interesting guy to talk to and certainly knows his stuff. He is also very clean and tidy which is an added plus! Tony was the first tradesman I had used off Mybuilder and I was not disappointed. He provided me with an extremely competitive quote, and provided an excellent service. I received all the necessary electrical certificates from ELECSA just a few days after the work being completed. First of all I am a professional landlord. I needed to find a new electrician as my last one that had I had been using for the last 12 years was becoming painfully unreliable. In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians. The quotes I received from mybuilder.com were from one extreme to the other extreme. For some reason I decided to take on Mehdi from M F Building Services, it may have been because he was registered with Napit & that he did not have any feedback what so ever, my thinking for this was I'm sure he is going to be good & reasonable to get on the ladder with feedbacks. His quote was not the cheapest but fair. He produced his badge and insurance both of which I have copies for my records. (I also checked him out with Napit registration.) In the past I would only use NICEIC electricians but I have read about Napit and have seen it growing over the last few years. Anyway back to the job and feedback for Mehdi . His price was accepted for the job. Mehdi gave me a date and time and arrived 10 minutes early. The job was completed and an invoice and Napit minor works certificate supplied. After this I asked Medhi if he could do an electrical safety test for one of my properties that was becoming due. Again date and time was kept and the test carried out and a Napit Safety Certificate supplied. As a person/electrician he is friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I have today given his number to one of the managing agents that I deal with.
